DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a polyolefin-based medical bag having two or multiple chambers, and is easy to handle when mixing two liquids immediately before use. It is intended to provide a medical bag with excellent hygiene and flexibility.

Recently, the amount of medical liquid containers, particularly soft bags having flexibility, has been increasing in terms of safety and ease of use. In this method, two liquids are separately combined by a Y-tube immediately before use, and a method of instilling the liquid has been used. However, in terms of handling and safety, the two liquids are placed in separate chambers in one bag. There has been a strong demand for a medical bag having two chambers or multiple chambers in which two liquids are easily mixed and integrated immediately before use before use. However, a method of separating two liquids in the same bag includes a method of pressing the bag with a clamp or the like from the outside of the bag to separate the liquid (to form two chambers), or a method of separating the two liquids.
A method has been mainly used in which a liquid is fused to a chamber, a connector is attached to a fused portion, and when used, the connector is opened to mix the two liquids.

Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, and the method of clamping from the outside of the bag has a risk that if the clamp is loosened due to some influence, the two liquids may mix little by little without knowing. However, in the clamp method, the two liquids can be easily mixed by removing the clamp, and at the same time, it is possible to mix the two liquids in a short time by increasing the width of the clamp, which is convenient.

On the other hand, in the method of attaching a connector and separating the bag into two chambers by fusing, the two liquids are easily mixed as long as the connector does not come off, unlike the previous clamping method, because the bag is fused including the connector. It is hard to imagine the matter, so it was safe for long-term storage. However, in this method, the passage for mixing the two liquids is only the connector portion, and is greatly influenced by the performance of the connector. In particular, since two liquids are mixed through this connector, it takes more time to mix than the clamp method, and depending on the type of connector, the connector that breaks and connects this part may have connector fragments mixed into the liquid. There was a problem.

In other words, a two-solution having the function of easily mixing the two solutions in the clamp system in a short time and the advantage of no leakage and high safety by fusing the bag of the connector system to separate the two solutions. Is to provide a separation method.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems,
"At the boundary part separating the two liquids, the peel strength of at least the interface between the two layers of the multilayer is fused to the bag film via a multilayer film having a strength of 300 to 800 g / 15 mm. It has been found that the above problem can be solved by a "medical bag having multiple chambers," and the present invention has been completed.

A feature of the present invention is that a wide multilayer film is used for a connector portion of a medical bag (hereinafter abbreviated as a bag), and a partial interface in the multilayer film has a peel strength of 300 to 800 g / 15 mm. Having the strength of

Peel strength is required to be 300 g / 15 mm or more. Below this, peeling occurs due to slight impact during transportation, and the two liquids are mixed. More preferably, it is 400 g / 15 mm or more.

That is, as an example, in the multilayer film as shown in FIG. 1, the peel strength at the interface between the layer A and the layer B is set to 300 to 800 g / 15 mm, and the multilayer film is placed between two bag films as shown in FIG. By sandwiching and strongly fusing the two bag films to the A layer and the C layer of the multilayer film, a boundary portion separating one bag into two chambers is formed.

At this time, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, both ends of the multilayer film need to be sealed so as to protrude into the respective chambers from a sealing line at the time of heat sealing with the bag film. Without this protruding portion, if an internal pressure is applied to the liquid in the P chamber or the Q chamber, separation easily occurs between the A layer and the B layer. However, if this protruding portion is 10 mm or more, even if internal pressure is applied to each chamber, stress concentrates on the seal line portion between the bag film and the multilayer film, so that peeling does not occur between A and B of the multilayer film, Excellent separation performance can be exhibited.

On the other hand, when the two liquids are mixed, they can be peeled off relatively easily by applying a stimulus to the multilayer film from outside the bag or by applying a strain to the heat seal portion from the outside.

In the production of the multilayer film, for example, a co-extrusion molding method can be adopted, and the composition of each layer may be selected so that the peel strength between the interfaces of the layers is in the range of 300 to 800 g / 15 mm.

Specifically, layer B of the intermediate layer is a copolymer of polypropylene, and layers A and C on both sides are linear low-density polyethylene. Alternatively, a combination in which the intermediate layer B is made of a blend of polypropylene and polyethylene and the layers A and C are made of polyethylene or a blend of polyethylene and polypropylene can be exemplified.
