以下、実施例により本考案をさらに具体的に説明する。 図2に第二の積層立体文字基板を示す。全体の構成は、板状合成樹脂発泡体2 として厚さ30mmの低発泡EVAを使用し、その片方の面に、合成樹脂発泡体 シ−ト7として、厚さ1.25mmのポリエチレン発泡体シ−トを用い、その両 面を125μのアルミニウムシ−ト6で挟んで、表面の一方にポリエステル系塗 料で白色塗装をほどこしてある塗膜付きアルミニウム積層体1の非塗装面をエポ キシ系の無溶剤タイプの接着剤で接合し、他方の面に硬質合成樹脂シ−ト3とし て、厚さ500μのポリ塩化ビニルを接合してある。なお、白色塗装面には剥離 可能な保護皮膜が被覆されており、積層立体文字基板としての大きさは、910 mm×1820mmとしてある。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. 本考案の積層立体文字基板は、表面の平面性がすぐれるので、塗膜色のままか 、塗膜面に着色合成樹脂フイルムを接合して積層立体文字にすると、文字面がき れいに仕上がる。軽量なので基盤への固定が容易である。着色合成樹脂フイルム を接合して積層立体文字を作成する場合は、材料に無駄がなく、きわめて経済的 である。文字の切断作業が容易で、切断面にバリがなく、切り口がきれいに仕上 がる。また、切断に際し、切り粉も殆ど生じないので、作業環境がよい。 The laminated three-dimensional character substrate of the present invention has excellent surface flatness, so if the coating color remains the same or if a colored synthetic resin film is bonded to the coating surface to form a laminated three-dimensional character, the character surface is finished neatly.
