Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to an accelerated cultivation container for potted flower cultivation in a greenhouse, and particularly to a household accelerated cultivation container suitable for tropical greenhouse potted flower cultivation to be grown indoors.
【0002】[0002]
Generally, many ideas have been proposed for this type of container before the present application. For example, the actual Kaihei 3-12743 consists of a transparent case consisting of a transparent ceiling and side walls, and a bottom base plate equipped with a temperature-controllable heater. , A ventilation fan was installed near the ceiling of the transparent case, and temperature sensors were installed near the fan and ventilation fan, respectively, so that the temperature and humidity inside the case could be adjusted within a certain range. A container has been proposed.
[0003] Furthermore, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-83037, a container main body provided with a storage part capable of storing water on a mounting table capable of mounting pots in which greenhouse potted flowers are planted is transparent, and a plurality of containers are provided. A container has been proposed which is composed of a cover with a ventilation hole, and has an appropriate temperature and humidity inside the case.
By the way, the proposed container has the following problems. First, the one proposed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-12743 used a heater, a blower, and a ventilation fan in order to adjust the inside of the container to the atmosphere range of a certain environment, and thus required a relatively large amount of electric power at all times. Further, since there is a space for accommodating them in the container, the size of the container itself is required to some extent, and there is a problem that it is difficult to make a compact size, and it is particularly unsuitable for indoor use.
In addition, the one proposed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-83037 has a relatively simple structure in which there is an area for storing water at the bottom of the container body, while the lid has a plurality of ventilation holes. Therefore, it is not suitable as a container for tropical plants, which are particularly susceptible to temperature changes in the outside air and are particularly sensitive to temperature and humidity.
【0006】[0006]
In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention has a relatively simple structure, is compact, consumes less power, can control temperature and humidity, and can maintain a certain environment. It is intended to provide an accelerated cultivation container for greenhouse flower cultivation.
Therefore, in the present invention, in the device of claim 1, the container body 1 is composed of a container lower part 2 and a container upper part 3, and the inside of the container body 1 is divided into a container lower part 2 and a container upper part 3 by a cradle 4. The lower part 2 of the container is composed of an inner compartment 5 having a heat source portion 12 from the center, an intermediate compartment 6 for storing water, and an outer compartment 7 for circulating air. The container body 1 is composed of a container lower portion 2 and a container upper portion 3, and the inside of the container body 1 is separated by a cradle 4 into a container lower portion 2 and a container upper portion 3. In the lower part 2 of the container, there are three compartments from the center to an inner compartment 5 having a heat source portion 12, an intermediate compartment 6 for storing water for humidifying evaporated water, and an outer compartment 7 for circulation for circulating air. An inner partition wall 8, an intermediate partition wall 9 and an outer peripheral wall 10 which are respectively erected from the bottom 11 are partitioned from each other. The height of the inner partition wall 8 is approximately one third of the height of the pedestal 4 from the bottom 11, and the upper space of the inner partition 5 and the intermediate partition 6 is one vacant room. The intermediate partition wall 9 that separates the outer partition 7 and the intermediate partition 6 has a height reaching from the bottom 11 to the pedestal 4, and a plurality of holes 23 communicating with the outer partition 7 and the intermediate partition 6 are opened in the outer periphery of the center part thereof. Make a hole. A socket 29 is erected at the center of the inner compartment 5, and a lamp 30 for emitting a heat ray such as an incandescent bulb is mounted on the socket 29. Above the lamp 30, a reflecting plate 31 made of aluminum or the like having a reflecting surface facing downward is appropriately supported by a holding means, for example, a supporting leg 32 in FIG. Therefore, the height from the bottom 11 to the pedestal 4 is set such that the lamp 30 and the reflection plate 31 can be accommodated. The pedestal 4 has a shape in which the upper inner periphery of the outer peripheral wall 10 of the container lower portion 2 is removed, and the pedestal 4 is fitted and mounted on this portion.
The container upper part 3 is composed of an inner transparent cover 13 and an outer transparent cover 16 made of acrylic resin, for example. The inner transparent cover 13 is composed of an inner peripheral wall 15 having a dome-shaped top portion 13, and is placed on the pedestal 4 facing the intermediate partition wall 9 of the container lower portion 2. The inner transparent cover 13 is fitted and positioned by a positioning protrusion 33 provided on the pedestal 4. The outer transparent cover 16 is one size larger and taller than the inner transparent cover 13, and is composed of an outer peripheral wall 18 having a dome-shaped top portion 17 like the inner transparent cover 13, and faces the outer peripheral wall 10 of the container lower portion 2. It is mounted on the periphery of the outer peripheral wall 10 and the pedestal 4. The space inside the inner transparent cover 13 is a culture chamber 19 in which the greenhouse flower pots F for culture are placed on the pedestal 4 for each pot. An appropriate number of ventilation holes 24 are formed in the top portion 14 of the inner transparent cover 13, and heated air containing moisture from the culture chamber 19 is formed between the inner transparent cover 13 and the outer transparent cover 16. The circulation chamber 20. A plurality of vent holes 21 communicating with the culture chamber 19 of the container upper part 3 are formed in the pedestal 4 of the inner part 5 of the container lower part 2 and the intermediate part 6 and the pedestal 4 of the outer part 7 of the container lower part 2 is formed. A plurality of ventilation holes 22 communicating with the circulation chamber 20 of the container upper part 3 are formed respectively. A ventilation window 25 is formed on the inner peripheral wall 15 of the inner transparent cover 13, and a transparent door 26 is attached to the ventilation window 25 so as to be openable and closable. In addition, a ventilation window 27 is formed on the outer peripheral wall 18 of the outer transparent cover 16 at a position corresponding to the ventilation window 25 of the inner peripheral wall 15 of the inner transparent cover 13, and a transparent door 28 that can be opened and closed is formed on the ventilation window 27. Is attached. The ventilation windows 25 and 27 are used for ventilation and for taking care of watering the greenhouse flower pot F.
Next, a usage state of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. After removing the outer transparent cover 16 and the inner transparent cover 13 of the container upper part 1 and removing the cradle 4 from the container lower part 2, water is put in the intermediate compartment 6, and the cradle 4 is placed on the container lower part 2 again, Place the greenhouse flower pot F on the center of the stand 4. Then, the inner transparent cover 13 and the outer transparent cover 16 are covered, and the cover is placed in a sunny place such as a window side in a room. At this time, the door 26 of the ventilation window 25 and the door 28 of the ventilation window 27 of the inner transparent cover 13 and the outer transparent cover 16 are closed. The lamp 30 is turned on and turned on.
Radiant heat emitted from the lamp 30 is reflected by the reflection plate 31 on the lamp 30 as indicated by an arrow to warm and vaporize the water in the intermediate section 6 to humidify the surrounding air. On the other hand, the humidified air around the lamp is heated and becomes an updraft together with the above vaporized water vapor, and flows from the vent hole 21 of the pedestal 4 as shown by an arrow to point A of the culture chamber 19 of the upper part 3 of the container. Then, the atmosphere around the greenhouse flower pot F is humidified and heated. Further, the culture chamber 19 is heated by sunlight through the outer transparent cover 16 and the inner transparent cover 13 in the same manner as a greenhouse. When culturing orchids such as Phalaenopsis or the like as the greenhouse flower pots F, the above-mentioned heating and humidification provides an environment suitable for these greenhouse flower pots F. The heated air further flows through the ventilation hole 24 of the inner transparent cover 13 as shown by the arrow and flows into the point B of the circulation chamber 20. As the heated air on the intermediate compartment and the lamp 30 rises, the air at the point C of the outer compartment 7 of the lower part 2 of the container flows from the intermediate compartment wall 9 as indicated by the arrow, so that the circulation chamber 20 of the upper part 3 of the container is closed. Air is drawn downwards and flows from the ventilation hole 22 into the point C in the outer section 7 of the lower part 2 of the container. Below the outer section 7, condensed water droplets can accumulate. When the air descends to the point C, it enters the intermediate compartment, merges with the warmed air to be warmed, and rises again to the point A of the culture chamber 19.
As described above, the air and water in the container main body 1 circulate in the container to give proper temperature and humidity to the warm room flower pot F. If the humidity or temperature of the culture room 19 is too high for the warm room flower pot F, the door 26 of the ventilation window 25 of the inner transparent cover 13 or the door 28 of the ventilation window 27 of the outer transparent cover 16 is appropriately changed. Open a few and ventilate. When the temperature difference between the temperature of the culture chamber 19 in the inner transparent cover 13 and the temperature of the circulation chamber 20 in the outer transparent cover 16 disappears, convection is stopped and the temperature and humidity of the culture chamber 19 in the inner transparent cover 13 are kept constant. Be done.

As explained above, according to the accelerated cultivation container of the present invention, not only the temperature and humidity can be controlled easily by the double structure and the lamp structure and arrangement, but also the lamp as the heat source is not required, so the power consumption can be reduced. Since it does not require a fan for convection of air, it has a great effect that the container itself can be made compact.
