出成形機の中間部に置かれる芯鋳型台と、前記芯鋳型台
の両側に形成される複数の芯鋳型孔と、前記の鋳型孔に
差込式で設置される複数の芯鋳型と、前記芯鋳型と同数
の射出孔型孔を形成している射出孔型台とで各瓶孔の底
面に取付けられている瓶鋳型と、前記芯鋳型台と連結さ
れて支持台で支えられている旋回座と、前記芯鋳型台と
前記旋回座を同時に180度に正反方向に回転させてそ
の位置を変更させる圧力シリンダーとから構成され、 前記芯鋳型台の両側の孔に設置される前記各芯鋳型は独
立式のマイクロ調整具で以って固定され、前記マイクロ
調整具は差込式で前記芯鋳台の芯鋳型孔に取付けたり取
外したりでき、それにより必要な時は前記マイクロ調整
具と前記芯鋳型とを取外して、その代わりに閉じ蓋で以
って芯鋳型孔を密閉し、前記射出型台の射出孔型もまた
差込式で必要な時は閉じ蓋で前記射出孔型を取外してか
らその孔を密閉し、更に前記瓶鋳型台の前記瓶鋳型と瓶
底型も蓋と取り換えて密閉することができ、生産しよう
とする瓶の直径の大小により又大、中、小量生産の如何
により複数の前記芯鋳型孔と前記射出孔型孔と前記瓶鋳
型と前記瓶底型とを所要の数に前記閉じ蓋で変更し、そ
れにより異なる寸法の瓶を作る時に前記射出孔型台と前
記瓶鋳型台と前記芯鋳型台を全部取り換える必要がない
ことを特徴とする射出成形機用の数を変更できる鋳型。
