【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は葬儀時に納棺される被葬者の守護用造作物に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
葬儀時に納棺される被葬者については、従来より仏教上の慣例として黄泉の旅 装束を被装し、首より袋を吊しその中に三途の川を渡る舟賃代として貨幣を入れ て葬うという慣わしがあるが、最近は火葬のため燃えにくい金属類や、高熱とガ スを発生させる材料のプラスチック製のものは避けるという葬儀業者の要請によ り、貨幣の代りに貨幣を模した印刷物を袋内に入れるということが一般になされ ている。しかし単に貨幣を模した印刷紙片では死者に対する礼として粗末である ため、従来の慣例に代る新規な造作物を袋内に納めて被葬するという発想を目的 として本考案を検討したものである。

【本考案の解決すべき課題】
上記の課題を解消するについては以下の解決すべき課題を設定した。第１は納 棺する被葬者の上記した守護用造作物としては金属製の不燃性のもの、あるいは 高熱や有毒ガスを発生して火炉を傷めるおそれのある合成樹脂製品をできるだけ 避けること。第２は被葬者に吊着した袋の中に入れるものとしては、被葬者を守 護し被葬者が極楽浄土に無事に到着するようにとの仏教の教義に則した造作物で あること。第３は造作物は被葬関係者の仏に対する信仰心の表われとして被葬者 に着用されると共に、一般の人に実用コストで提供できる量産性のある造作物で あることを課題とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成する手段としては葉書大もしくはこれより稍大きいサイズの 台板上に中央に金色の観音像を配し、その両側に貨幣を模した燃え易く、かつ有 害ガスを発生しない造作物を取付け、又は造作物を観音像と貨幣とよりなる印刷 物、もしくはこれらの造作物と印刷物の合成体とした構成とすることを要旨とす るものである。

【考案の実施の形態】 【実施例】
以下本考案の一実施例について図示説明する。図面において１は台板厚紙、ボ ール紙等の台紙もしくは細工しやすいベニヤ板による軽量の木製台板であっても よい。サイズは葉書大もしくはこれより稍大きい正方形又は矩形で被葬者の首よ り襟元に吊着する袋の中に入るサイズとし、形状は四角形以外に楕円もしくは他 の六角形等の形状でもよい。表面は黒色に塗装したものを実施例としたが適宜の デザイン、例えば雲等を表わした台紙としてもよい。２は台板中央にセットした 観音像で金色に塗装し立体的に成型したものを両面テープ４で台板に接着する。 台板である台紙もしくは木板に観音像を嵌め込む様に嵌合孔を設け台板に嵌め込 む様に接着してもよい。（図示省略）３は通貨を模した造作模型体で金色に塗装 し両面テープで接着する。名称は極楽往生としたが他の名称でもよい。被葬者が 三途の川を渡る渡り賃で極楽浄土に行ける様にとの仏の教えに従ったものである 。観音像、貨幣の材質はいづれも蝋５で成型し表面を金塗装して燃え易く有害ガ スの発生しない造作物とする。
【０００６】 実施例の観音像と貨幣は何れも蝋細工に金色の塗装をした成型体であるが、印 刷物と立体成型物との合成体としてもよい。造作物の素材は燃え易く、かつ有害 ガスを発生しない蝋模型以外に紙製、布製、木製であってもよい。
【０００７】 以上本考案は従来単に貨幣だけの模型もしくは印刷紙幣だけで守護信仰性、敬 虔性、弔意性に欠けていた面を表現したものである。構成体も被葬品として不燃 性、ガス有毒性を解消した被葬用品として実用価値がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 葉書大もしくはこれより稍大きいサイズ
    の台板上に中央に金色の観音像を配し、その両側に貨幣
    を模した造作物を取付けてなることを特徴とする被葬者
    の守護用造作物。
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１記載の造作物を燃え易く、かつ
    有害ガスを発生しない材質による観音像と貨幣、もしく
    は造作物と印刷物の合成体としたことを特徴とする被葬
    者の守護用造作物。
