However, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-271702, when a retroreflective sheet is applied, there are problems such as adhesion strength, irregularities on the surface of an adherend, and the like. Insufficient tracking of irregularities creates voids,
Retroreflective sheeting using an adhesive rubber sheet to improve the point that causes early peeling and affects the durability after construction
However, it cannot be said that the surface does not sufficiently follow the unevenness of the surface to be adhered. The moisture impregnated in the body may be expanded by heating with solar heat, causing swelling. In addition, moisture that has been exposed to rain and wind for a long period of time and has penetrated from the edges and stays in the gaps may cause peeling. There is. Further, it is difficult to remove the retroreflective sheet without leaving any traces of the sticker or the like, and it is difficult to remove the sheet from a building such as a utility pole by replacement work.

In the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive rubber adhesive layer is composed of a natural rubber having an adhesive durability, a synthetic rubber and a tackifying resin,
It is composed of a non-vulcanized rubber sheet formed by kneading a softener, an antioxidant, a filler and the like, and has excellent adhesion durability, and is preferably a butyl rubber type. Further, as for the adhesive layer, for example, a thin adhesive layer having a thickness of about 50 μm used for packaging is hardly adapted to a rough base such as a structure such as a telephone pole and has poor adhesion durability. . On the other hand, when the thickness is 0.2 mm or more, a cold flow occurs to absorb irregularities of the adherend, and excellent adhesive strength can be obtained. Therefore, the thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably about 0.2 mm to 2 mm. It is.

The glass bead is a spherical lens that utilizes the property of returning reflected light in the direction of incident light, that is, retroreflectivity, for example, for a road sign or a traffic sign, and a glass bead. It is divided into applications that use hardness, chemical resistance, etc. When light is incident on a glass bead, the light is refracted and focused near the back surface (reflection surface) of the sphere. For example, a low refractive index glass bead passes over the back surface of the sphere,
The medium refractive index glass beads are connected on the back surface of the sphere, and the high refractive index glass beads are connected on the inner surface. In the present invention,
Since the glass beads are focused on the back surface of the glass beads, at least a low-refractive-index microsphere having a refractive index of 1.51 or more and a medium refractive index of 1.90 to 1.95 or less is formed. Appropriate. The particle size of the glass beads is 0.025 to 3 mm,
It is preferably from 0.1 to 1.4 mm, and it is appropriate to use a mixture having different particle diameters in order to improve light scattering. Application rates, 500~1500g / m 2, preferably 600~1000g / m 2. If necessary, a plastic bead that is stable against a solvent or the like in the paint can be used.

The overcoating material layer is formed by top-coating on the coating layer to which the beads are fixed. In the present invention, for improving the weather resistance, for example, a fluorine-based material is used.
It is suitable to use a clear paint having excellent weather resistance, such as an acrylic or acrylic copolymer. Coating amount is 1 in solid content
The thickness is in the range of 0 to 40 g / m 2 , and it is not preferable to apply too thickly because the projection of the fixed beads becomes flat.

In the present invention, the deaerating shaft net has a net mesh of 2 × 2 to 0.000 mesh made of twisted yarn such as natural fiber, synthetic fiber or glass fiber having a thickness of 100 to 1000 denier.
5 × 0.5 / cm interval, intersection density 2500 (20 m / m
Eyes) to 40,000 (5 m / m eyes) pieces / m 2 are suitable. In the case of a fine yarn having a thickness of 100 denier or less, air entrapped at the time of sticking or moisture impregnated in the adherend is heated by solar heat to expand and swell. If it is less than 1000 denier, the contact area of the adhesive rubber with the substrate is hindered, resulting in a decrease in adhesive strength. The mesh roughness is 2 × 2 / c
m or less, the adhesion area is reduced by inhibiting the contact area of the adhesive rubber with the base, and 0.5 ×
If it is too coarse, such as at intervals of 0.5 / cm or less, the degassing effect will be reduced. In the case of 250 to 500 denier, the roughness is 2
It is suitably between × 2 and 1 × 1 / cm, and polyester fibers or glass fibers are preferred from the viewpoint of durability.
