計測している時間内に駆動される給水制御弁5の駆動回
数を給水回数計測回路13で計測し、この回数が規定時
間内に一定の回数以上ある場合に水漏れありと判定する

すると共にこの連結部に配管系路切り替え装置を取り付
けたこと、 水漏れ検査時において、前記配管系路切り替え装置を駆
動して、温水往き管側の水圧が放熱器を含む温水戻り管
側にもかかるように設定し、この状態で前記循環ポンプ
を駆動して温水往き管と戻り管の双方に同圧の水圧をか
けてこの圧力が安定したのち、一定時間後に温水タンク
内の水位が一定のレベルまで低下した場合には水漏れあ
りと判定する水漏れ判定回路を設けたこと、 を特徴とする温水暖房システムにおける水漏れ検査装
