In detail, reference numeral 1 denotes a bath kettle with a water heater, which includes a heat exchanger 2 for hot water supply and a heat exchanger 18 for flushing a bath, which are used for supplying hot water to a kitchen or a shower and flushing a bath, respectively. . First, the water supply side will be described. When water is introduced into the bathtub 1 with the water heater by the water supply pipe 3 connected to the water pipe, the water is branched and one is guided to the water amount sensor 4 and the hot water supply heat exchanger 2, and the other is to the bypass valve 26. After being guided, the hot water heated by the hot water supply heat exchanger 2 joins the hot water and flows through the hot water supply pipe 6 to reach the water quantity proportional valve 5 provided at the tip thereof. When the hot water exits the water quantity proportional valve 5, the hot water pipes B and 8 connected to the electromagnetic valve 7 for automatic hot water supply and the hot water pipes A and 10 that are guided to the hot water tap 9 installed in the kitchen or the like.
At a branch portion 11. An electromagnetic valve 7 for automatic hot water supply is provided at the end of the hot water supply pipe B.8, passes through a first check valve 27, passes through a vacuum breaker 28, passes through a second check valve 29, and passes to a bath circuit branch section 36. The two-way valve 31 is connected to one side. The two-way valve 31 has a ball valve (not shown) inside, and the ball valve is rotated by a motor 32. The two-way valve 31 can be "opened" and "closed" by the rotation of the ball valve.
