Description of the Related Art For laminating, hot stamping transfer, etc., a vacuum laminating molding method (closely laminating a decorative sheet made of a thermoreactive synthetic resin on which a pattern or the like is printed on the outer surface of a laminating base material ( OVL), a decorative sheet to be laminated and a laminated base material on which the decorative sheet is laminated are disposed to face each other, and the first chamber is arranged on the laminated substrate side by the decorative sheet, and the second chamber is arranged on the opposite side. Airtightly partitioned, the decorative sheet is softened by heating, and the first chamber and the second chamber are depressurized equally to make both chambers substantially in a vacuum state. A vacuum lamination molding method has been already proposed in which the decorative sheet is released and adhered and laminated on the outer surface of the laminated base material by the differential pressure between the first chamber and the second chamber. -45768, JP-A-56-996 No. 4 is shown like in Japanese.

ことになる。In the vacuum lamination molding method as described above, the first chamber and the second chamber are depressurized equally, and a sufficient vacuum is applied between the decorative sheet and the laminated substrate. After that, the decompression of the second chamber is released and a differential pressure is applied to the decorative sheet, so that only the first chamber is depressurized and a differential pressure is applied to the decorative sheet to laminate the decorative sheet. Air is less likely to be trapped between the laminated surfaces of the decorative sheet and the laminated substrate as compared to the case where the decorative sheet is in close contact with the outer surface of the substrate. When the decorative sheet and the laminated base material are laminated in a state in which the decorative sheet is first in contact, the lateral movement of the decorative sheet with respect to the laminated base material is restrained, and the decorative sheet is stuck to the outer surface of the laminated base material. When the decorative sheet is wrinkled, Between the base there is a possibility that not favorably adhered. In this case, the printed pattern by the decorative sheet is disturbed.

By laminating the first chamber on the side of the laminated base material, the second chamber on the opposite side is airtightly partitioned from each other, and the pressure of the first chamber is reduced while the pressure of the first chamber is reduced. The pressure is reduced by a predetermined amount less, and the synthetic resin sheet is brought into contact with the laminated base material in this state, and thereafter, the pressure in the second chamber is released to release the first chamber and the second chamber. This is achieved by a vacuum laminating method characterized in that the synthetic resin sheet is closely adhered and laminated on the outer surface of the laminated base material by the differential pressure of the chamber.

The first chamber is disposed on the laminated base material side by the transfer sheet, and the second chamber is airtightly partitioned on the opposite side by the transfer sheet, and the first chamber is depressurized while the pressure is reduced. The second chamber is depressurized to a degree smaller than the depressurization of the first chamber by a predetermined amount, and in this state, the transfer sheet is brought into contact with the laminated base material. Release and tightly laminate the transfer sheet on the outer surface of the laminated base material by the differential pressure between the first chamber and the second chamber, and then release the release sheet, leaving only the transfer layer on the laminated base material. This is achieved by a vacuum lamination molding method characterized by transferring to the side.

By keeping the decompression of the second chamber lower by a predetermined amount than the decompression of the first chamber, the pressure of the second chamber is kept slightly higher than the pressure of the first chamber, whereby the synthetic resin sheet is Due to the pressure difference between the first chamber and the second chamber, the pressure chamber slightly expands toward the first chamber and expands spherically. As a result, the synthetic resin sheet comes into contact with the outer surface of the laminated base material from the tip of the bulging portion located at the center of the synthetic resin sheet. The resin sheet first comes into contact with the central portion of the laminated base material at the tip of the bulging portion, and in the subsequent process of attaching the synthetic resin sheet to the laminated base material, The lateral movement is not restricted, and the decorative sheet does not wrinkle when the decorative sheet is attached to the outer surface of the laminated base material. Therefore, even when the transfer is performed to the laminated base material, the transfer does not occur due to the disorder of the pattern.

The laminated base material W is placed on the central part of the laminated base placing table 5 in the lower container 2 in a state where is opened, and the entire peripheral edge of the decorative sheet S is attached to the synthetic resin sheet mounting portion 8 of the lower container 2. It is airtightly fixed by tightening the peripheral edge with a fixing frame. Thereafter, the upper container 3 is moved downward by the hydraulic cylinder device 10 to close the closed container 4. Thereby, the decorative sheet S faces the laminated base material W on the laminated base mounting table 5 in the closed container 4, and the first chamber A is placed on the laminated base mounting table side, that is, the lower container 2 side, and the opposite side. , That is, the second chamber B on the upper container 3 side

The negative pressure of the vacuum pump 17 is supplied to the pneumatic ports 13 and 14 by the switching operations of the switches 6 and 20, and the pressure in the first chamber A and the second chamber B is reduced. Since the negative pressure applied to the pneumatic port 14 is smaller than the negative pressure applied to the pneumatic port 13 by the relief valve 24 by a predetermined amount, the pressure in the second chamber B is maintained slightly higher than the pressure in the first chamber A. As shown in FIG. 3, is pressed against the outer surface of the laminated base material W, and is laminated in a close contact state without wrinkling. At this time, the pressure in the second chamber B may be the atmospheric pressure, but it is preferable that the pressure is further increased by about 3 kg / cm 2 from the atmospheric pressure by the pneumatic pump 22. Further, in order to perform the above-mentioned reduced pressure and air pressure supply within a short period of time and in a state where the pressurized and depressurized state is stable, as shown in FIG. A container 26 is preferably installed in each of the conduits. Also,
In carrying out the present invention, it is also possible to use a transfer sheet as the decorative sheet S, in which case the transfer sheet side of the decorative sheet is laminated so as to face the laminated base material side, and after lamination, an unnecessary release sheet is used. ことがない。As will be understood from the above description, according to the vacuum lamination molding method and apparatus of the present invention, in the step of depressurizing the first chamber and the second chamber, the second chamber is formed. The pressure in the second chamber is kept slightly higher than the pressure in the first chamber by reducing the depressurization of the first chamber by a predetermined amount from the depressurization of the first chamber. The synthetic resin sheet expands toward the first chamber due to the pressure difference with the chamber, so that the synthetic resin sheet expands in a spherical shape from the front end of the swelling portion located at the center of the synthetic resin sheet. If the position of the laminated substrate relative to the synthetic resin sheet is appropriate, the synthetic resin sheet will first come into contact with the center of the laminated substrate at the tip of the bulging portion. In the subsequent process of attaching the synthetic resin sheet to the Without lateral movement is restricted with respect to the laminated base material of the sheet, causing no wrinkles in the decorative sheet when the decorative sheet is attached on the outer surface of the layered base.

積層成形方法。3. A transfer sheet formed by forming a transfer layer on a synthetic resin release sheet to be laminated and a laminated base material on which the transfer sheet is laminated are opposed to each other so that the transfer layer and the laminated base material face each other. The transfer sheet is used to partition the first chamber on the side of the laminated base material and the second chamber on the opposite side in an airtight manner, and to decompress the first chamber and divide the second chamber into the first chamber. The pressure is reduced by a predetermined amount less than the pressure in the first chamber. In this state, the transfer sheet is brought into contact with the laminated base material, and then the pressure in the second chamber is released to release the first chamber. And the transfer sheet is closely adhered and laminated to the outer surface of the laminated base material by the differential pressure of the second chamber, and thereafter, the release sheet is peeled off, and only the transfer layer is transferred to the laminated base material side.
