飾層、接着剤層を形成したもので、この内、剥離層、接
着剤層は場合によっては省くこともある。剥離層、絵柄
インキ、接着剤等に使用する樹脂ビヒクルは、アクリ
ル、塩化ビニル・酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリエステル、
エポキシ、ウレタン等の公知のものを、また、顔料、蒸
着金属層も公知のものを用いれはよい。

れ、これにより合成樹脂シートは第一の室と第二の室と
の差圧により第一の室の側に膨らむようにして球面状に
膨出するようになるから、合成樹脂シートは合成樹脂シ
ートの中央部に位置する膨出部の先端より積層基材の外
表面と接触するようになり、合成樹脂シートに対する積
層基材の配置位置が適切ならば、合成樹脂シートは膨出
部の先端にて積層基材の中央部に最初に接触するように
なり、この後の合成樹脂シートの積層基材に対する張り
付け過程にて合成樹脂シートの積層基材に対する横方向
の動きが拘束されることがなく、化粧シートが積層基材
の外表面に張り付けられた時に化粧シートに皺が生じる
ことがない。

シートと前記積層基材とを接触させ、この後に前記第二
の室の減圧を解除して前記第一の室と前記第二の室の差
圧により前記合成樹脂シートを積層基材の外表面に密着
積層することを特徴とする真空積層成形方法。
