[Industrial applications]

This invention mainly filters and removes various impurities, dust, suspended matter, etc. in household wastewater discharged from ordinary households, and prevents pollution of water quality of sewers, rivers, etc. The present invention relates to a reverse reflux purification device that can be used as a secondary water for sprinkling and washing, and can also be reused as emergency water in the event of a disaster, etc.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Conventionally, various regulations have been implemented to prevent water pollution in rivers, lakes and marshes, and for this purpose, various types of industrial treatment facilities for public large-scale purification and filtration have been proposed. . However, the domestic wastewater discharged from ordinary households is not filtered so much because the amount of discharge in each individual household is not so large, and because the treatment facility for purification requires a special cost. The reality is that they are released as they are without being released. However, if the domestic wastewater discharged from ordinary households is discharged as it is, it will become very large when it is concentrated, polluting the water quality of rivers, lakes and marshes, and destroying the living environment.

[0003] In particular, household wastewater is discharged from kitchens, washrooms, bathrooms, washing machines and the like in ordinary households, and therefore, it contains residues of food, hair, scales, cloth, paper, washings, etc. It contains various contaminants of various sizes such as agent residues, and requires a treatment method different from the unified treatment of various industrial wastes from factories.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, in the conventional sewage drainage system installed in ordinary households, various impurities, residues, etc. shall be temporarily settled in the sewage basin that collects household wastewater, and it should be removed regularly. That's what you do. However, according to this precipitation method, the objective can not be achieved at all without regular removal work, and the filtration and removal are not completely incomplete, and the removal work of the precipitation That was extremely troublesome.

Further, the treated water after purification is often discharged as it is, and in particular, in combination with the fact that rainwater is discharged as it is in urban areas, water retention means such as a retaining pond are all provided. Because it was not taken into consideration, no emergency water was secured in the event of an emergency disaster such as an earthquake.

[0006] Therefore, the present invention was devised in view of various existing circumstances as described above, and mainly contains various impurities, pollutants, and other impurities contained in household wastewater discharged from general households. Contaminants can be filtered and removed, rivers, etc. can be prevented from being polluted by the discharge after removal, and a drainage basin that can be planted in the removal channel can be constructed, which is an emergency water source in the event of an emergency. It is also possible to secure the above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a reverse reflux purification device that can be easily and inexpensively installed even in a narrow site.

And the water to be treated after being purified by the purification mechanism 1 by air contact, and a reservoir structure 20 arranged downstream of the open-ditch structure where planting is possible. It is characterized by having.

In addition, in the purification mechanism 1, an inflow pipe 4 connected to the upstream side of the sewer pipe line is connected to the front part, and an outflow pipe 5 connected to the reservoir mechanism 20 side is connected to the rear part. 2, a filter material 6 arranged on the upper part of the purification box 2 behind the inflow pipe 4 in order to capture and remove impurities in the water to be treated that has flowed in from the inflow pipe 4, and a drainer hole 6 arranged below this filter material 6 A channel-shaped draining gutter 7 in which 8 is opened, and a weir plate 9 that divides the purification basin 2 below the draining gutter 7 in the upstream and downstream directions and guides the water to be treated meandering in the vertical direction. A filter medium 11 enclosed in each compartment divided by 9 and a sedimentation layer 12 communicated with the final compartment and formed on the downstream side of the purification box 2 and communicated with the outflow pipe 5. Can be configured.

A predetermined gap can be set between the filter material 6 and the drain gutter 7.

The water reservoir mechanism 20 communicates with the plantable water reservoir portion 21 which is open at the top and the outflow pipe 5 in the purification mechanism 1, and is connected to the lower portion of the water reservoir portion 21 to have an outlet at the outlet water reservoir portion 21.

In the reverse reflux purifying apparatus according to the present invention, the purifying mechanism 1 disposed on the upstream side causes various contaminants contained in the inflowing domestic wastewater to be captured and removed by the filter material 6, and the dam plate material. Various impurities contained in the water to be treated are filtered and removed by the filter medium 11 enclosed in the area partitioned by 9. After that, when it reaches the settling layer 12, impurities having a large specific gravity are settled and removed, and the purified treated water is allowed to flow out to the reservoir mechanism 20 side.

An air gap set between the filter material 6 and the drain gutter 7 keeps the outer surface of the filter material 6 in contact with air, and the contaminants are captured by the filter material 6 to be treated. When the water is dropped from the water drainage hole 8 in the water drainage gutter 7 to the lower part of the purification box 2, the water has an aeration action of contacting with air.

The retarding water reservoir mechanism 20 arranged on the downstream side causes the treated water flowing out from the purifying mechanism 1 to come into air contact with the retarding water reservoir portion 21 to perform a purifying treatment by aerobic bacteria or the like to deodorize it. In addition, the open drainage basin 21 with an open upper part enables the construction of a green space that allows the planting of various flowers, plants, etc., and the planted flowers, plants, etc. allow the treated water to be treated. It absorbs various nutrients contained in to promote their growth and realize non-eutrophication at the discharge destination.

The treated water that has overflowed in sequence to the retaining basin portion 21, the overflow basin 23, and the drainage channel 24 reduces its discharge to the sewer channel by being diffused into the atmosphere, and is always kept full. In the purifying mechanism 1, an inflow pipe 4 connected to the upstream side in the sewer pipe line is connected to the front part, and an outflow pipe 5 connected to the reservoir mechanism 20 side is connected to the rear part. , A filter material 6 disposed on the upper part of the purification box 2 behind the inflow pipe 4 to capture and remove impurities in the water to be treated that has flowed in from the inflow pipe 4, and a groove-shaped drainer disposed below the filter material 6. The gutter 7 and the purification basin 2 below the draining gutter 7 are partitioned in the upstream and downstream directions, and the weir plate material 9 that guides the water to be treated meandering up and down, and the respective partition areas partitioned by the weir plate material 9. The enclosed filter medium 11, the sedimentation layer 12 which is communicated with the final division area and is formed on the downstream side of the purification box 2, and the U trap pipe which is piped in the sedimentation layer 12 and is connected to the outflow pipe 5. And 14 are provided.

The purifying cell 2 is formed, for example, in the shape of a box with an upper opening made of concrete, and the upper opening is made detachable by an opening / closing lid 3 that is opened for internal inspection, removal of trapped impurities, and the like. It is designed to be covered with a water gradient between the upstream front part and the downstream rear part. The inflow pipe 4 is connected to a kitchen, a washroom or the like where treated water such as various household wastewater is discharged, is connected to the upper part of the front side wall of the purification box 2, and the outflow pipe 5 is an inflow pipe. It is connected to the rear side wall surface of the purification box 2 at a position slightly lower than that of No. 4.

The drain gutter 7 arranged on the upper part of the purification box 2 is formed, for example, in a semicircular shape in cross section, and is obtained by cutting the upper edge portion of each barrier plate material 9 in a semicircular shape. It is detachably provided on the upstream side of the settling layer wall 13 by being fitted and bridged in the setting edge. The drain gutter 7 itself is provided with a water gradient such that the front side of the purification basin 2 is low, and a plurality of drain holes 8 are opened at the bottom on the front side.

The filter material 6 is provided with a semicircular portion along the inner surface of the drainage gutter 7 and an engaging wing portion that extends laterally of the drainage gutter 7 and engages with the upper left and right side walls of the purification basin 2. The drainage gutter 7 is located below the outlet of the inflow pipe 4 with a slight gap between the drainage gutter 7 and the inner side surface of the drainage gutter 7 and a low front slope. It is supposed to be set with a predetermined gap above. The mesh size of the filter material 6 is set to an appropriate size corresponding to the size of impurities in the water to be treated to be captured. Further, the filter material 6 itself does not reach the inside of the sedimentation layer 12, and the final edge is brought into contact with the outer surface of the sedimentation layer wall. The water is blocked by the sediment layer wall 13.

That is, the water to be treated guided from the inflow pipe 4 reaches the rear side of the filter material 6, but also flows down from the mesh and flows back to the upstream side which is the front part of the purification basin 2 and then drains water. It is supposed to fall from the drainage hole 8 in the front part of the gutter 7 and reach the inside of the compartment on the front side of the purification box 2.

On the other hand, the dam plate material 9 is arranged in the purification box 2 from the upstream side to the downstream side in a direction substantially orthogonal to the flow of the water to be treated so as to obstruct the flow of the water to be treated. The odd-numbered ones are opened at the bottom and the even-numbered ones are opened at the top. For example, 3 to 5 pieces are fitted along the slide grooves formed on the inner side surfaces of the left and right side walls of the purification box 2. It is installed by being put in. The final partitioned area of the partitioned areas formed by the barrier plate material 9 communicates with the sedimentation layer 12 that is partitioned and formed on the downstream side of the purification box 2.

Further, the filter medium 11 enclosed in each of the compartments is generally charcoal, activated carbon, crushed stone, etc., and in the figure, a net bag is provided to facilitate inspection and replacement. It is enclosed in.

The sedimentation layer 12 is partitioned and formed on the downstream side of the purification cell 2 by a sedimentation layer wall 13 formed in the same manner as the side wall of the purification cell 2, and as shown in the figure, is opened at the bottom of the sedimentation layer wall 13. The communication port communicates with the inside of the purification cell 2 body. The rear side wall of the sedimentation layer 12 itself is the rear side wall of the purification box 2, and the inlet of the outflow pipe 5 is faced to the rear side wall, and the inlet is located in the sedimentation layer 12. The outlet of the U trap tube 14 is connected. The U trap tube 14 itself has its inlet directed upward in the sedimentation layer 12, and the filter 15 detachably covered by this upwardly directed entrance traps foreign matters, and the U trap tube 14 has an eye. We try to prevent clogging.

Although the retention basin mechanism 20 shown in the figure is installed on the downstream side of the purification mechanism 1 in the whole running water system along the drainage direction from the purification mechanism 1, it is installed in any direction. Of course, it can be selected. The reservoir mechanism 20 is connected to the reservoir unit 21 that is open at the top and the outflow pipe 5 of the purification mechanism 1 and is piped below the reservoir unit 21, and the guide pipe 22 whose outlet is located in the reservoir unit 21. And a drainage basin 23 that temporarily stores the treated water that overflows from the catchment basin 21, and a drainage channel 24 that guides the treated water that overflows from the overflow basin.

The detention pond portion 21 is sectioned and formed by, for example, a concrete wall framed in the installation area, and by pouring suitable cultivated soil so that it is possible to plant hydroponic plants, etc. Moreover, it is possible to keep carp and other suitable fish. In addition, in this reservoir section 21, suitable fences may be formed for viewing and water channel formation, etc., making it the most suitable for green space conservation such as designing a green space corresponding to the landscape design plan as a whole. Considered.

In the illustrated example, the guide pipe 22 is buried under the water reservoir 21 from the front to the rear thereof, and is discharged from the purification mechanism 1 by the outflow pipe 5 of the purification mechanism 1. The discharged treated water is guided to the rear position of the retaining basin 21 in the form of a spring. The inlet of the guide pipe 22 that communicates with the outflow pipe 5 and the outlet of the guide water reservoir 21 that are located in the water reservoir 21 do not hinder the flow of the water to be treated in the purification basin 2 of the purification mechanism 1, and It goes without saying that the height difference is set so that the entire structure is provided with a water gradient so that the water flows out from the pond portion 21 to the overflow basin 23 and the drainage channel 24 in sequence. The rear wall of the reservoir 21 and the side wall, which is a partition with the drainage channel 24, are formed by permeable blocks, and the treated water spouts from the guide pipe 22 to the reservoir 21 and drains from the reservoir 21. Care is taken to ensure that each outflow to line 24 is purified and filtered. Then, the guide pipe 22 itself causes the treated water from the purification mechanism 1 to flow out from the rear part of the water reservoir part 21, and then once flows into the overflow basin 23 provided on the upstream side which is the front part of the water reservoir part 21. Overflow is made, and then the water is drained to the rear of the water reservoir 21 through a drainage channel 24 formed substantially parallel to the water reservoir 21, thereby increasing the air contact area in the treated water and at the same time. The purpose of this is to form a water retention path in a narrow place as long as possible.

In addition, the overflow basin 23 is formed and arranged behind the purification basin 2 in the purification mechanism 1 by being made of concrete with a substantially box-like upper opening so as to be interposed between the basin and the basin 21. In addition, the partition wall formed between the basin 21 and the purification basin 21 is formed lower than the partition wall formed between the basin 21 and the purification basin 21. I try not to overflow to the side. In this overflow box 23, crushed stone or the like is put and laid so as to be suitable for viewing.

Further, as described above, the drainage channel 24 is installed and formed substantially in parallel with the water reservoir section 21, and compared with the partition wall between the water reservoir section 21 and the overflow basin 23, the drainage channel 24 is formed. The partition wall between the overflow basin 23 and the overflow basin 23 is made low, and the overflow water from the water reservoir 21 is allowed to flow into the drainage channel 24 via the overflow basin 23. This drainage channel 24 is of an open upper structure, and like the overflow basin 23, crushed stones and the like are put and laid so as to be suitable for viewing. In addition, it is possible to create an aesthetic environment by adding appropriate exterior products around the water reservoir 21, the overflow basin 23, and the drainage channel 24.

At the rear part of the drainage channel 24, an adjustment box 25 is provided with a drainage port for discharging or allowing the water to penetrate underground. The adjustment box 25 has a box structure similar to that of the purification box 2 in the purification mechanism 1 so that further purification processing can be performed.

Next, an example of the use of the device of the present invention will be described. The purifying mechanism 1 and the reservoir mechanism 20 are integrated, and various kinds of daily life are used, for example, in a garden in a general house, a boundary area with an adjacent land, or the like. Install in the drainage sewer route. That is, the inlet of the inflow pipe 4 of the purification basin 2 in the purification mechanism 1 is connected to the discharge port of the miscellaneous wastewater, while the drainage port of the drainage channel 24 in the reservoir mechanism 20 or the adjustment basin 25 is connected to the sewer pipe side. Here, when various domestic wastewater discharged from the kitchen, washroom, bathroom and the like is introduced into the purification box 2 in the purification mechanism 1 through the inflow pipe 4, as shown in FIG. As a result, various contaminants in the wastewater are captured and flow down to the lower part of the purification box 2 through the drainage hole 8 of the drainage gutter 7. Then, the weir plate material 9 partitioning the purification cell 2 meanders vertically from the upstream side to the downstream side of the purification cell 2 while meandering, while being filtered and purified by the filter medium 11 sealed in each partition area. To reach the inside of the sedimentation layer 12. In this settling layer 12, fine precipitates in the water to be treated settle at the bottom thereof, and only the supernatant water is drained to the outflow pipe 5 by the U trap pipe 14 via the filter 15.

The treated water drained from the purification mechanism 1 in this way is guided to the inside of the water reservoir 21 through the guide pipe 22 of the water reservoir mechanism 20, and is planted in the water reservoir 21. Water is given to various kinds of flowers and plants that are present, and the fish and other animals that are kept are nourished. At the same time, aeration with aerobic bacteria is performed by contact with air. Then, the treated water overflowing from the reservoir 21 flows out to the drainage channel 24 via the overflow basin 23 and is appropriately discharged or permeates underground through the drainage port or the adjustment basin 25.

[Effect of device]

The present invention is configured as described above, and for this reason, for example, various impurities, contaminants and other contaminants contained in domestic wastewater discharged from general households can be filtered and removed. Even if the water is released after purification, it will not pollute rivers. In addition, since it is a natural purification type that does not use drugs, the treated water after purification, filtration, and removal is harmless that does not cause secondary pollution, which is why planting etc. in the reservoir mechanism 20 is also possible. By flowing out to the water reservoir part 21, it is possible to enjoy various flowers and plants in the water reservoir part 21 itself, and to form a natural green space. Moreover, the treated water in the water reservoir 21 can be secured as emergency water in case of an emergency disaster and can be installed easily and inexpensively even in a narrow site.

That is, in this invention, this is a purifying mechanism 1 having a cell structure arranged on the upstream side so as to purify the treated water by precipitation and filtration, and the treated water after being purified by the purifying mechanism 1. This is because it is equipped with a reservoir mechanism 20 that is disposed downstream of the open drainage structure that enables the plant to be planted and is purified by air contact, whereby various impurities, dust, and The suspended solids are filtered and removed to prevent pollution of the water quality of sewers, rivers, etc., and you can enjoy planting in the green space formed in the flow path.In addition, as secondary water for sprinkling and washing, It can also be reused as emergency water in the event of a disaster.

Further, the filter material 6 in the purifying unit 2 of the purifying mechanism 1 reliably captures various impurities contained in various inflowing miscellaneous wastewater, and removes only the untreated water. Is exuded to the outside below. Therefore, for example, the residue of fine foods and the like formed by using the disposer attached to the kitchen equipment can be surely captured, and there is an advantage that the harmful effects of using the disposer can be sufficiently removed and prevented. Moreover, at this time, since the filter material 6 itself is held with a predetermined gap without contacting the inner side surface of the drain gutter 7, the outer surface of the filter material 6 can always be brought into contact with the air. . Further, the water to be treated that has flowed down on the drain gutter 7 is diffused by the drain gutter 7 and also when the water that has been opened in the drain gutter 7 itself is dropped through the water drain hole 8 to the lower part of the purification box 2. Since it is brought into contact with air, the aeration action during the contact can promote further purification of sewage by aerobic bacteria.

In the lower part of the purification cell 2, the purification cell 2 is partitioned in the upstream and downstream directions, and a dam plate material 9 for guiding the treated water in a vertical direction is arranged, and each partition wall is defined by the dam plate material 9. Since the filter medium 11 is enclosed in the partitioned area of 1, the impurities can be efficiently filtered by attenuating the flow rate of the water to be treated to repeat precipitation and filtration. In addition, the impurities are finally precipitated and removed by the sedimentation layer 12 formed on the downstream side of the purification basin 2 and discharged to the retention basin mechanism 20 in a single-layered state. In addition, since replacement of the contaminated filter material 6 and cleaning of the inside of the purification box 2 are extremely easy, maintenance is easy and the running cost is low.

Further, the trapped contaminants can be made extremely small in volume by drying and pulverizing, so that post-treatment is easy, and effective utilization such as utilization as fertilizer or feed is possible. It is a thing.

Since the water reservoir mechanism 20 is provided with the upper open water reservoir portion 21 into which the treated water flows in through the guide pipe 22 communicating with the outflow pipe 5 in the purification mechanism 1, The treated water that has flowed into is purified by aerobic bacteria by being brought into contact with air, and is deodorized. In addition, since it is possible to form a green space where various flowers and plants can be planted, the planted flowers and plants can absorb various nutrients contained in the treated water and promote their growth. It can be used for non-eutrophication at the destination, and it is also possible to keep fish such as carp.

In addition, the treated water that has sequentially overflowed into the reservoir 21, the overflow basin 23, and the drainage channel 24 can be discharged into the atmosphere to reduce the discharge rate to the sewer channel. It can be reused as secondary water for sprinkling and washing, and can also be used as emergency water in the event of an emergency disaster.
