た基部材の上部には、非導電性の材質によって形成され
た槓杆が上下方向に回動可能に軸支され、また、上記基
部材の先端には筒部材が真直状態に突設されるととも
に、上記槓杆内には導電ケ−ブルが埋設され、該導電ケ
−ブルの一端は該槓杆の先端側から露出しその露出部分
にソケットが取着され、さらに、上記槓杆の後端側の底
部は弯曲状に形成される一方、上記槓杆の底部付近の上
記基部材の内底部には、上記槓杆を回動時にその底部に
触れることなく該底部と一定の間隙を以った突出部が形
成されるとともに、上記筒部材内には導電性を有する弾
性線材が納められ、該弾性線材の先部には該筒部材の先
端から出没自在な掴み部が形成され、また、上記弾性線
材の後部は上記槓杆の弯曲状の底部と上記基部材にの内
底部に設けた突出部との間に形成された間隙部に位置さ
れるとともに、その端部は上記槓杆の底部内に埋設さ
れ、且つ上記導電ケ−ブルに接続されていることを特徴
