BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a weldable painted metal sheet (pre-coated metal sheet) frequently used in household electric appliances and the like, and more particularly, to a weldable paint excellent in peeling resistance and coating film adhesion. It relates to a metal plate. The metal sheet of the present invention includes, in addition to aluminum sheets and copper sheets, various steel sheets such as cold-rolled steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, electro-galvanized steel sheets, galvannealed steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, copper-plated steel sheets, and tin-plated steel sheets. It is applied to. In the following description, a steel sheet will be mainly described as a typical example of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to this.

2. Description of the Related Art A coated steel sheet obtained by applying a spray coating, an electrodeposition coating, a powder coating or the like to a zinc-coated steel sheet has been widely used for household electric appliances. However, in recent years, pre-coated steel sheets for the purpose of omitting the painting process in home appliance manufacturers have become popular.

However, since the coating film of the above-mentioned precoated steel sheet is made of an insulating film, it cannot be welded. Therefore, a method of adding a conductive filler to a coating film for the purpose of imparting weldability to a precoated steel sheet has been proposed, and further, with the aim of imparting characteristics such as low gloss, the type and amount of the conductive filler added. There is disclosed a weldable precoated steel sheet in which the like is controlled.

On the other hand, recently, in order to meet various demands of the user side, a precoated steel sheet excellent in not only weldability but also adhesion between a coating film and a steel sheet, and also excellent in peeling resistance of the coating film after press sliding. The offer is eagerly awaited. However, a steel sheet that can satisfy all of such required characteristics has not yet been provided. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-19448 discloses that a conductive paint containing phosphorous iron powder and carbon black is added to a coating film for the purpose of exhibiting a low gloss and black appearance in addition to weldability. 5-1 dry thickness of membrane
A 0 μm weldable black painted steel sheet is disclosed.
According to the above publication, `` In order to effectively exert the weldability by adding phosphorus iron powder, it is necessary to add particles having a particle size larger than the coating film thickness, but if the particle size becomes too large, It is pointed out that the problem that `` the coating film is easily peeled off '' is pointed out, but `` In such a case, it is sufficient to add an appropriate amount of lubricant '', it is described that the addition of a conductive filler by the use of a lubricant It simply avoids peeling resistance.
That is, the above publication does not address the problem of "peeling resistance" head-on. Further, as the lubricant is added, the peeling resistance is slightly improved, but the effect is insufficient, and since the lubricant covers the surface layer of the coating film, problems such as a decrease in weldability also occur. .

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION In order to provide a weldable coated metal sheet having excellent peeling resistance and coating film adhesion, the present inventors have studied the average particle size (d) of the conductive filler and the average coating film. The thickness (t) and the amount of the filler added (V) have been studied intensively. These parameters have been conventionally studied from the viewpoints of weldability, glossiness, and the like (for example, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-19448). is there.

[0008] In order to improve the weldability, the larger the amount (V) of the conductive filler added, the better. In order to effectively improve the weldability by adding the conductive filler, particles having an average particle size (d) larger than the average thickness (t) of the coating film are added, that is, [d / t]> It is necessary to set to 1. However, when the particle size is large, the coating film is apt to be peeled off. Therefore, it is preferable to add a lubricant.

As described above, in the conventional weldable coated metal sheet, it is known that the weldability improves as V increases and the ratio of [d / t] increases.
If the ratio of [t] is too large, there is a problem that peeling of the coating film becomes remarkable at the time of press sliding or the like. For that reason,
In order to obtain a weldable coated metal sheet with excellent peel resistance, it is necessary to add a lubricant, etc. There was a problem that the property was reduced.

Therefore, the present inventors have proposed a method of using a conductive filler without using an additive such as a lubricant.
By controlling only the requirements such as coating film thickness, we conducted intensive studies to provide a weldable coated metal plate with excellent peel resistance and good coating adhesion. That the goal of the period is achieved,
The present invention has been completed. Hereinafter, each requirement that characterizes the present invention will be described.

V · d / t ≧ 3 (1) 0.5 ≦ d / t ≦ 1.5 (2) First, in the present invention, the addition amount (V) of the conductive filler and the average It is necessary that the particle size (d) and the average thickness (t) of the coating film satisfy the above expressions (1) and (2).

That is, in the present invention, by providing a new parameter of [V · d / t], (i) the range of [d / t] is adjusted to the lower limit (which is considered to be necessary for imparting weldability). = 1) can be further reduced (= 0.5). (Ii) If [d / t] satisfies the above expression (2), not only weldability but also peel resistance and The technical significance is that the coating film adhesion was also improved. [D / t] and [V · d / t] from the viewpoints of peel resistance and coating film adhesion.

Also, as for the lower limit value of V, it was considered that the larger the value, the better the improvement of the weldability. Therefore, conventionally, approximately 30% or more has been used, but according to the present invention, only 2% is used. Even with this, good weldability can be obtained. In order to provide more excellent weldability, it is recommended that V be 10% or more, more preferably 20% or more. As described above, the coated metal sheet of the present invention is not merely excellent in weldability, but can exhibit excellent performance according to individual specific evaluation criteria such as initial resistance and interlayer resistance during spot welding. It is very useful because it is recognized. The resistance values indicated by the initial resistance and the interlayer resistance during spot welding are closely related to the weldability. When the resistance value is low, welding is facilitated, and the effect of reducing the consumption of welding electrodes is exhibited. is there.
