冶具を挿入してコンロッドキャップを分割して形成する

設したブローチ部にてブローチ加工を分割に際して先行
して行い、続いて降下する分割型にて前ブローチ溝より

る鍛造コンロッドにおけるコンロッドキャップの分割方

し、冶具の降下にてコンロッドの大端部内周面にブロー
チ加工を行うと同時に分割型の拡開にて分割するように
したことを特徴とする鍛造コンロッドにおけるコンロッ
