(57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] A cable that supplies power to the electric tool and a tool balancer that balances the weight of the electric tool are installed in one case to reduce the installation time and work. We will improve the operability of workers and improve the appearance of the factory. [Structure] Since the cable 4a connected to the electric tool is wound around the drum 8, when the electric tool is pulled out, torque is applied to the full-spring 10 as the drum 8 rotates. Since the drum diameter is increased / decreased to match the increase / decrease in torque (tapered drum), the pull-out load is always constant. When the handle 5 is turned to the left and right, the shaft 9 turns and the inner end of the full-spring 10 is turned as a result, so a torque corresponding to the weight of the electric tool C is applied in advance. On the other hand, since the AC 100 V supplied from the power cable 4 can be slidably energized to the electric tool C via the contact 7 and the slip ring 6, the worker can perform electric work.
Description
【0001】[0001]
Used in assembly lines that use electric tools to reduce the work from fatigue due to the weight of electric tools.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, an electric tool has been attached to a tool balancer wound with a wire to balance its own weight, and a power cable for the electric tool has been separately arranged.
【0003】[0003]
According to the conventional attachment of the above-mentioned electric tool, a wire for balancing the weight of the electric tool is provided beside the electric tool, and a cable for supplying power to the electric tool is separately arranged to satisfy each function. Therefore, it is necessary to install the tool balancer and the power cable separately, which is troublesome in installation time and is not preferable from the viewpoint of aesthetics of the factory.
Therefore, the present invention has a technical object to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by integrating a means for balancing an electric power tool and a means for supplying power to the electric power tool. .
【0005】[0005]
A technical means for solving the above problems is to provide a tool balancer for balancing the weight of an electric tool and a cable for supplying power to the electric tool in a single case.
【0006】[0006]
According to the cable reel (cable balancer) configured as described above, the cable connected to the electric tool is wound directly on the drum, and the drum has a built-in full spring, so the drum moves as the electric tool moves. Rotate. At this time, if a load (torque) equivalent to the weight of the power tool is applied to all the springs, the power tool will be weight-balanced. That is, a worker who uses this can work without feeling the weight of the electric tool.
【0007】[0007]
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view schematically showing the overall installation state of the cable balancer. As shown in FIG. 1, the hook 2 of the cable balancer 1 is held by the wire A. In addition, for safety, the auxiliary hook 3 is also provided with a wire B with a margin. The power cable 4 is normally connected to AC100V. On the other hand, the electric power tool C is connected to the tip of the cable of the cable balancer 1, and AC 100 V supplied from the power cable 4 can be energized to the electric power tool C via the cable balancer 1. Therefore, when the operator handles the electric power tool C, the electric tool C can be balanced by adjusting the torque corresponding to the weight of the electric power tool C (increasing the torque in the counterclockwise direction) to adjust the torque. Work is also possible.
Next, the configuration of the cable balancer 1 will be described with reference to FIG. 2 showing a cross-sectional view of the cable balancer 1. The power cable 4 is sandwiched between slip rings 6 and soldered to slidable contacts 7. On the other hand, the cable 4a from the electric tool is wound around the drum 8 and the terminal 16 is crimped at one end thereof and connected to the slip ring 6 so that it can be slidably energized with the power cable 4. The drum 8 has a built-in spring 10 whose outer end is fixedly supported by the drum 8 and whose inner end is fixedly supported by the shaft 9. One end of the shaft 9 is supported by the case 11 and is inserted into the square hole of the handle 5 to rotate. While being stopped, it is further fixed by an E-shaped retaining ring (not shown). The case 11 is attached to the cover 12 with a countersunk screw 13, the shaft 14 is inserted into the hole of the cover 12, and the other end of the shaft 14 is inserted and connected to the shaft 9. Therefore, as the drum 8 rotates, elastic energy is stored in the full-spring 10. At this time, since the increase / decrease in the elastic energy (torque) of the total dance spring 10 is increased / decreased to the corresponding diameter of the drum 8 (tapered ram), the pulling load is always kept constant. When adjusting the load, turning the handle 5 to the left or right changes the torque (torque increases in the counterclockwise direction), and its rotation stop is locked by the pawl 15.
As described above, in the cable balancer 1, it is possible to adjust the torque corresponding to the weight of the electric tool C by turning the handle 5 to the left or right, and when the electric tool C is pulled out, the diameter of the drum 8 is increased. Is gradually changing, the operator who handles it does not always feel a constant load, that is, the weight of the power tool C. On the other hand, since the AC 100V supplied from the power cable 4 can be slidably transmitted to the electric tool C through the contact 7 and the slip ring 6, the electric tool C can be operated.
【0010】[0010]
As described above, according to the present invention, the cable for supplying power to the power tool and the tool balancer for balancing the weight of the power tool are arranged in one case in the assembly work for handling the power tool. This has the effect of shortening the time, improving the operability of workers, and improving the aesthetics of the factory.
