The mixing water nozzle 8 cooperates with an automatic actuator for mixing water administration (not shown), so that a predetermined amount of water and material injected in the mixing chamber 6 are mixed, and thereafter the water and the water are mixed. The mixed material is further pumped by the eccentric worm 10a, sent to the discharge port 10b, and discharged from the discharge port. Therefore, the kneading material can be sprayed or driven by attaching a blowing device or a driving device to the discharge port 10b.

It is a mechanism that mixes and discharges the water. As described above, in the prior art, materials packed in a bag of about 20 kg are put into the hopper 2 one by one.
The operation of opening the bags of the dry mix one by one and putting them into the hopper is complicated and requires labor. In addition, there is a problem in that a large amount of empty bags of material come out after the work is completed, and this must be disposed of.
In this case, since powder such as cement adheres to the inside of the empty bag of material, even if the empty bag is collected, it is difficult to regenerate the empty bag, and disposal or incineration is required, but there is a problem of environmental pollution. Occurs.

The apparatus further includes a cylindrical portion that communicates and drops the material from the material receiving portion to the material supply portion, and a shutter portion that is provided on the cylindrical portion and that adjusts the supply amount of the material and shuts off the supply of the material. According to such a material kneading apparatus, a bag is repeatedly used in units of 1 ton of a material, and the material is filled and suspended and conveyed.
Since the material is dropped from the bag into the hopper via the material dropper, no empty bag is generated and the empty bag is disposed of (disposal, incineration).
There is no problem, and the effect on the environment can be reduced. In addition, the time required for opening and charging the bag can be greatly reduced, and the dust that has been generated at the time of the conventional charging (generated by hitting the bags one by one against the cutter blade of the pump one by one).
, The working environment can be improved. Further, the unloading time and labor for loading the material can be greatly reduced and reduced.

By adjusting the opening and closing amount of the shutter, an appropriate material can always be supplied to the hopper. Further, by closing the shutter, it is possible to shut off the material dropping to the hopper. Therefore, even if the carry-in amount per one time is large, it is possible to supply only the necessary amount and perform the work, thereby suppressing the work loss of the material. . Further, in the present invention, since the base for supporting the material lowering portion is provided so that the material lowering portion is detachable, the material lowering portion is held with the material overflowing in the material receiving portion with the shutter closed. The whole can be moved and stored together with the material bag to another place, and the pump and the hopper can be cleaned with the material thrown down.

Since the connection is made to cover the remaining half-peripheral cavity with a brush, the opening and closing operation of the shutter can be performed smoothly, and the brush can accurately prevent material leakage. Further, in the present invention, since the shutter support member is provided to be inclined in the cylindrical portion, even when the powder material is compressed in the cylinder by weight, the edge of the shutter enters so as to shear the compacted material. , The gate can be pushed in (ie, the shutter is closed) smoothly.

Is a vertical cross-sectional view, and FIG. In FIG. 8, the shutter support portion 55c-2 is provided to be inclined with respect to the cylindrical portion 55b. When the shutter supporting member 55c-2 is provided obliquely in this way, even when the powder material is compressed in the cylinder by weight, the edge of the shutter 55c-1 enters so as to shear the compacted material, The shutter closing operation can be performed smoothly. In addition, since the shutter 55c-1 is inclined and the brush 55e is provided, it is possible to prevent the internal powder material from leaking outside and adhering to the shutter when the shutter is opened and closed.

-1 to be supported on the inner wall. The other configuration of the material dropping portion 55b is as described above. When the guide adapter 56 is attached as an accessory in the tubular portion 55b in this manner, the bag 61 containing the dry mix material is provided.
Can be connected to the guide adapter 56, so that the dry mix material can be supplied more quantitatively. When the shutter is temporarily stopped, the shutter 5
It is possible to reduce the overflow amount of the material receiving portion 55a when closing 5c. Further, it is possible to prevent the dry mix material from entering the shutter support member 55c-2 during the dropping, thereby preventing the shutter (slide gate) 55c-1 from coming in and out. As described above, the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments. However, the present invention can be variously modified in accordance with the gist of the present invention described in the claims, and the present invention does not exclude these.

Therefore, the labor required for opening and charging the material can be significantly reduced. Further, dust generated at the time of conventional charging (generated by hitting the bags one by one against the cutter blade of the pump and opening the bag) is eliminated, so that the working environment can be improved. Further, according to the present invention, the material is suspended and conveyed in a reusable bag in units of 1 ton, and the material is dropped, so that no empty bag is produced. Therefore, there is no problem of disposal (discarding, incineration) of empty bags, and the influence on the environment can be reduced. In addition, according to the present invention, a large amount of material can be packed in one bag as compared with the conventional one, so that the unloading time and labor when loading the material can be greatly reduced and reduced (1 ton pack). And 10 packs for a 10 ton truck and 4 packs for a 4 ton truck.

Further, by closing the shutter, it is possible to move to another place while holding the overflowed portion in the material receiving portion. Therefore, even if the carry-in amount per operation is large, only the required amount of work is required, and no work loss occurs in the material. According to the present invention, the cylindrical portion of the material throw-down portion is composed of an upper cylindrical portion and a lower cylindrical portion, and the upper cylindrical portion and the lower cylindrical portion are integrally connected at substantially a half circumference thereof with a shutter support member, Since the remaining half of the gap is covered with the brush, the shutter can be opened and closed smoothly and the brush can prevent leakage of material accurately.
