粉を発生させたり、記録紙端部を波打たせたりすること
がある。本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、そ
の目的とするところは、従来の技術における上述の如き
問題を解消し、回転式の可動刃を用い、かつ、片側切断
方式を用いる記録紙カッタを有する記録装置において紙
粉発生,端部の波打ち発生等のトラブルを解消可能とし
