上述の様に、本考案の鋼板等に多角形の大穴を穿孔する切断金型は、大穴域の 隅部に形成する位置決め兼隅穴用の角形パンチと、大穴域の直線部分の長さをも つ隅穴と下金型に臨む案内軸部を突設したシアー角度付切断刃部を形成の直線辺 切断金型と組み合わす構成としたことで、所望の角形大穴域に角形パンチで隅穴 を開ければ、この二つの隅穴を利用して直線辺切断金型の位置決めが簡単にでき 、確実な直線スリットの切断がで、該直線スリットを大穴域の直線部分ごとに形 成するだけで簡単に大穴を形成し得る。しかも、この場合直線辺切断金型の両端 の案内軸部は、切断時には予め下金型に臨んでなるため、鋼板にかじり現象を招 かず、この点から確実な切断がなされる。また、本考案で良い点は直線辺部を直 線辺切断金型で一挙に打ち抜くため、従来のパンチによる追い抜きと異なり切断 面にバリ状突起を生じない綺麗な仕上がりを得、仕上げ加工も最小で済み、作業 の能率化が図られる。このことは、少数の製品でも、多めの製品でも速やかに低 ランニングコストで比較的に綺麗にできる。また、金型の上の部分のパーツは簡 単な構造のため、製作も容易で、先行して開ける穴との関係から、何mmから何 10mm単位で飛ばして製作すればよく、従来方法から比べ極端に少ない交換部 品で済む等の実用的効果を有する。 As described above, the cutting die for punching a polygonal large hole in the steel plate or the like of the present invention has a rectangular punch for positioning and corner holes formed at the corner of the large hole area and a straight portion of the large hole area.
