2. Description of the Related Art An anchor shaft such as a reinforcing bar is driven into a ground or the like to secure a required pull-out resistance force by frictional resistance between a peripheral surface of the anchor shaft and the ground or the like. Since the pull-out resistance per unit length of the anchor shaft is not so large, it is necessary to drive a very long anchor shaft in order to secure a predetermined pull-out resistance, resulting in poor workability and economical efficiency. There was a problem with great disadvantages.

[0003] In order to improve the pull-out resistance, there has been proposed an anchor member configured to form an enlarged portion after being inserted into the ground or the like. The anchor member has a rod shape having an inner and outer double pipe structure and an enlargement mechanism portion provided at a tip portion thereof, and after being inserted into an insertion hole formed by drilling by a boring machine or the like,
When the inner pipe is pulled by a hydraulic jack or the like, the enlargement mechanism is enlarged in an umbrella shape to form an anchor body. By filling grout into the portion where the anchor body is formed and the gap between the insertion holes, not only the peripheral surface frictional resistance of the anchor member but also the anchor body hardened with grout by hardening of the grout. Thus, a predetermined pull-out resistance is exhibited.

However, the following problems have been encountered with the anchor member of the above-described type in which the tip is enlarged by the pulling method. (1) Since a rod-shaped anchor member was inserted into an insertion hole formed by drilling a ground or the like with a boring machine, etc., the cost of drilling with a boring machine etc. was high, and the construction cost as a whole increased. was there.

(2) Since the anchor member is inserted after drilling, it is very difficult to drill the hole when the soil is in a sandy state or the like which is easily broken, and when the anchor member is inserted, the insertion hole falls. Therefore, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to insert the anchor member or a situation in which drilling needs to be performed again.

(3) In order to smoothly insert the anchor member, it is necessary to form an insertion hole having a hole diameter larger than the outer diameter of the anchor member, but if the hole diameter is increased, the insertion hole is filled. The amount of grout to be performed is increased. The reason why the grout is filled in this way is to integrate the anchor member and the ground or the like via a hardened grout so as to increase the peripheral frictional resistance of the anchor member. However, even if a large amount of grout is filled into the insertion hole having a large hole diameter to form an excessive friction resistance portion, the peripheral friction resistance force exceeds the pull-out resistance of the anchor member itself set according to the purpose of use. Was simply unnecessarily large, and was completely uneconomical.

(4) Further, since the anchor body is formed by pulling the inner tube, it is impossible to form an enlarged portion in a plurality of stages in the length direction of the anchor member, and the pull-out resistance force that can be secured is limited. was there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention employs the following means. That is, the expansion type driving type anchor member according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as a driving type anchor member) is a driving type anchor member in which the anchor body is expanded and formed while being driven into the ground. At the rear end of the advancing portion, an inner pipe extending rearward is projected, and the inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe, and a front end portion of the outer pipe is an anchor cylinder. In the anchor tube portion, slits extending in the front-rear direction are arranged in the circumferential direction, and a portion between adjacent slits is an anchor piece. Then, the rear end of the outer tube is pressed forward with the front end of the outer tube being supported by the rear end of the entry portion, and the outer tube is advanced, whereby each of the anchor pieces is angled outward. The anchor body can be formed in an enlarged manner by bending the anchor body, and an outflow hole for injecting grout into a portion where the anchor body is formed is provided in the inner tube.

In the driving type anchor member, a plurality of the anchor tube portions are provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the outer tube, and are positioned at the front side as the outer tube is pushed forward as described above. The more the anchor piece located on the front side, the more the anchor-shaped bending deformation of the anchor piece constituting the anchor tubular part to occur occurs before the angle-shaped bending deformation of the anchor piece constituting the anchor tubular part located on the rear side. It is preferable to set the rigidity of the central portion of the piece in the front-rear direction small.

In the driving type anchor member, a plurality of the anchor tube portions are provided at predetermined intervals in a length direction of the outer tube, and the outer tube is pushed forward as the outer tube is pushed forward as described above. As the angle-shaped bending deformation of the anchor piece constituting the located anchor cylinder portion occurs earlier than the angle-shaped bending deformation of the anchor piece constituting the anchor cylinder portion located on the rear side, the more the anchor piece located on the front side, It is preferable to set the width of the anchor tube portion as viewed in the circumferential direction small.

[0012] In each of the driving-type anchor members, the anchor piece is slightly bent outwardly at a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction, and the outer pipe is pressed and advanced as described above. However, it is preferable to be configured so as to be bent outward in a chevron with a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction as a boundary. In this case, it is preferable that the anchor piece is slightly bent outward at a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction, and the central portion is formed to be thin. Alternatively, it is preferable that the anchor piece is slightly bent outward at a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction, and a concave groove is provided on an outer surface of the central portion in a circumferential direction of the anchor cylinder portion.

When the anchor member 1 is driven into the ground 27 in a state of being slightly inclined downward, for example, by using the auxiliary tool 32 having the above-described structure, the following operation is performed. First, a substantially vertical surface 47 as shown in FIG. 6 is formed by cutting out a part of the slope 46 of the ground, and a punching plate for punching, for example, having a square plate shape and having an insertion hole 49 at the center is formed. The plate 50 is brought into contact with the vertical surface 47. Thereafter, as shown in the same figure, the entry portion 5 is fitted into the insertion hole 49, and the tip portion is slightly pushed into the vertical surface 47, so that the anchor member 1 is in a required inclined state (for example, 5 ° with respect to the horizontal line). The present invention has the following excellent effects. (1) When the anchor member according to the present invention is used, the anchor body can be enlarged and formed after the anchor member is driven into a ground or the like as required. Can form a bulbous mass. Further, the gap between the outer tube and the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole can be filled with a cured grout. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the pull-out resistance by the expanded anchor body is exerted and the peripheral surface frictional resistance on the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube of the anchor member can be exerted, a large pull-out resistance can be secured as a whole. As a result of exerting such a large pull-out resistance, the driving-type anchor member according to the present invention is driven in various directions such as the inclined direction and the vertical direction according to the purpose as described above, and the anchor body is enlarged. By being formed, the required pull-out resistance effectively supports structures such as fence-like structures installed on slopes, and effectively lifts or tilts underground civil engineering structures by buoyancy. Can be prevented. The increase in the pull-out resistance due to the filling of the grout is achieved by inserting an anchor member into an insertion hole formed by drilling a ground or the like, expanding the tip portion thereof, and then expanding the peripheral surface of the anchor member and the inner circumference of the insertion hole. This can also be achieved by the conventional insertion and expansion type anchor member in which grout is filled between surfaces, but in this case, as described above, an unnecessarily large amount of grout must be injected, and the construction cost increases. However, according to the present invention, it is economical to secure a desired pull-out resistance with a small amount of grout filling necessary to secure a peripheral friction resistance corresponding to the pull-out resistance of the anchor member. Property is obtained.

(2) According to the present invention, the length of the anchor piece constituting the anchor cylinder, the number of anchor pieces, and the number of steps of the anchor cylinder are set as required even for soil having low strength. As a result, it is possible to secure the optimal pull-out resistance suitable for the soil.

(3) Since the anchor member according to the present invention is of a driving type, drilling by a boring machine or the like as in the above-mentioned construction using the conventional insertion-enlarged anchor member is completely unnecessary. Labor saving can be achieved, and construction costs can be reduced in this aspect as well.

(4) In the case of the conventional insertion-enlarged anchor member, the hole wall collapses in a soil state that is easily collapsed, and it becomes difficult to insert the anchor member, or a situation in which drilling needs to be performed again. However, according to the present invention employing the driving method, there is an advantage that such a problem does not occur and the method can be adopted regardless of soil properties.

(5) Also, with the conventional insertion-expansion-type anchor member in which the distal end portion is enlarged by pulling the inner tube, only a single-step enlarged portion can be formed. The part is provided in a plurality of stages, and the anchor piece of the anchor tube portion located on the front side,
By making the rigidity of the central portion of the anchor piece in the front-rear direction small so as to easily cause the mountain-shaped bending deformation, the anchor piece can be configured to be sequentially enlarged from the anchor tubular portion located on the front side. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to form an anchor body enlarged in a plurality of stages, and to exert a large pull-out resistance. In the case where the anchor tube portions are provided in a plurality of stages as described above, if the anchor tube portion located on the rear side expands faster than the anchor tube portion located on the front side, the anchor piece according to the anchor tube portion located on the front side Although the anchor body formed by the bending of the body becomes a resistance, and the advancement of the outer tube becomes difficult, the present invention is configured so that the anchor tube part is sequentially enlarged from the anchor tube portion located on the front side. Can be formed without difficulty.

(6) By bending the anchor piece slightly outward with a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction as a boundary, it is possible to ensure a mountain-shaped bending with a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction as a boundary.
Further, by forming the center portion to be thin by providing a concave groove in the circumferential direction of the anchor tube portion, the angle-shaped bending can be further ensured.

(7) When the rear portion of the inner tube is slightly protruded from the rear end of the outer tube, and a through hole is provided in the protruding portion in a direction crossing the axis of the inner tube, the anchor member is driven into the rear portion as required. The rear end of the outer tube can be pushed forward by pushing the rear end of the outer tube forward with both ends of the stopper member inserted through the through-hole preventing the inner tube from moving forward. Enlargement of the body can be easily performed.

(8) When a screw hole is provided in the rear end portion of the inner tube in the axial direction thereof, a protection bolt is screwed into the screw hole to receive an impact when driving the anchor member with the protection bolt. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the inner pipe from being damaged by an impact or the like at the time of driving.

(9) In particular, when the tubular tubular member is previously covered with the anchor tubular portion, when the anchor member is bent in a mountain shape and the anchor body is enlarged and formed, the distance between the adjacent bent anchor members is increased. Since the danger of a large earth mass entering the anchor body through the opening of the anchor body can be prevented by the reticulated body expanded in a bag shape, the strength of the bulb-shaped mass formed by injecting grout into the anchor body can be maintained at a high level.
