とができ、耐火物の損傷が防止される。また、箱型パレ
ットを傾斜炉底に置いたままフォ−クを後退させるの
で、1系統からの炉内への投入で済み、炉付帯装置を簡
略化、小型化できる。また、箱型パレットを炉内に入れ
た際、箱型パレットは一部燃焼するが、内容物を保持し
たまま傾斜炉底に置かれるまでその状態を維持できる。
さらに、高温の炉内にフォ−クがさらされる時間が短い
ので焼損せず、また、フォ−クを俯仰させるシリンダ−
や回転部が炉内壁からの輻射による熱負荷がかからない
位置にあるので、ほぼ常温状態に保持できる。また、箱
型パレットの挿入側のフォ−ク貫通部近傍に熱遮蔽板を
設けることにより、輻射による熱負荷を抑え、ほぼ常温
状態に保持することができる。尚、この熱遮蔽板により
箱型パレットや雑固体廃棄物を押し込むこともできる。
