2. Description of the Related Art There is an electronic sphygmomanometer in which a target pressure value of a cuff is stored in a memory, and when blood pressure is measured, the pressure of the cuff is automatically increased to a target pressure value. In this electronic sphygmomanometer, assuming that the pressurization target value is set to, for example, 185 mmHg (stored in the memory), when the power switch and the start switch are pressed, the pressurization pump is driven, and the cuff pressure becomes 185 mmHg. Pressurization is continued until it becomes. The cuff pressure is constantly detected by the pressure sensor, and when the cuff pressure reaches 185 mmHg, the driving of the pressurizing pump is stopped. In the electronic pressure monitor of the automatic pressurization control method, the measurement operation is simple because the subject does not need to set the pressurization target value by the switching means or the like.

In a conventional automatic blood pressure monitor of the automatic pressurization control system, a plurality of or a single pressurization target value is stored in a memory, and a pressurizing pump is driven up to the pressurization target value to perform cuffing. Is pressurized, and when the cuff pressure reaches the pressurization target value, the drive of the pressurization pump is stopped to end the pressurization. For this reason, depending on a change in the power supply voltage of the pressurizing pump, that is, a change in the power supply (battery) power, or a method of winding the cuff, the pressurizing value may overrun the target pressurizing value greatly or become insufficient. Shortage may occur. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, when the power of the power supply battery is sufficient, even if the pressurizing pump is stopped when the cuff pressure reaches the pressurizing target value, the remaining power of the pressurizing pump (inertia) ), The cuff pressure exceeds the pressurization target value (in the case of FIG. 3). In this case, as a result of the cuff pressure becoming too large,
The measurement time is prolonged, and there is a disadvantage that a proper measurement value cannot be obtained without the risk of further congestion. On the other hand, when the power of the power supply battery is insufficient, the time required for the cuff pressure to reach the pressurization target value cannot be too long. There was a disadvantage that the pressure did not reach and the pressure was insufficient (in the case of FIG. 3) and the measurement could not be performed.

According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problems are solved, and the cuff can always be pressurized to the pressurization target value irrespective of a change in the power supply voltage or a method of winding the cuff. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electronic sphygmomanometer that can obtain an appropriate measurement value without any trouble.

In the electronic blood pressure monitor having such a configuration,
For example, the target pressurization value is set to 185 mmHg (the target pressurization value 185 mmHg is stored in the memory). The predetermined pressure lower than the target pressurization value is set to a value obtained by subtracting 20 mmHg from the target pressurization value. When measuring the blood pressure, when the start switch is pressed, the pressurizing pump is driven and the cuff is pressurized. During cuff pressurization, the pressure sensor detects the cuff pressure. The cuff pressure is equal to the predetermined pressure (1
When the pressure reaches 65 mmHg, the driving of the pressurizing pump is stopped, and a certain time (t time of several seconds) is counted. Then, the cuff current pressure at the time when the predetermined time is counted up is compared with the pressurization target value. Assuming that the cuff is wound correctly and that the battery has sufficient power, the cuff pressure increases due to the remaining force (inertia) of the pressurizing pump even after the pressurizing pump stops. Therefore, in this case, if the cuff current pressure has reached the pressurization target value, the blood pressure measurement is executed by entering the automatic pressure reduction process. Conversely, when the battery is exhausted and the power is insufficient or the cuff is wound incorrectly and loosely, the cuff pressure hardly increases since the pressurizing pump stopped. Accordingly, in this case, since the cuff current pressure has not reached the pressurization target value, the blood pressure measurement is started after the cuff is repressurized to the pressurization target value. This allows
The cuff is always pressurized to the pressurization target value without excess or shortage, and an accurate measurement value is obtained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An electronic sphygmomanometer according to the present invention stores a target pressure value in a memory, automatically pressurizes a cuff to a target pressure value during blood pressure measurement, and then starts blood pressure measurement. The basic configuration is exactly the same as that of the control-type electronic sphygmomanometer. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the electronic sphygmomanometer according to this embodiment has a cuff 1, a pressurizing means (pressurizing pump 2) for automatically pressurizing the cuff 1 to a pressurizing target value, and a quick exhaust for reducing the pressure in the cuff. A valve 3 and a slow exhaust valve 4, a pressure detecting means (pressure sensor) 6 for detecting a fluid pressure in the cuff, and a low-pass filter 7
, An A / D converter 8, a CPU 5 and a display 9. The cuff 1, the pressurizing pump 2, the rapid exhaust valve 3, the slow exhaust valve 4, and the pressure sensor 6 are connected by an air pipe 10. The CPU 5 (central processing unit) has a predetermined pressure at which the cuff current pressure during pressurization is lower than the pressurization target value (for example, a pressure obtained by subtracting 20 mmHg from the pressurization target value), in addition to the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure determination functions. A cuff pressurization stop function that stops cuff pressurization for a certain time when it is determined that the cuff current pressure has reached a predetermined pressure, and a constant function that stops pressurization of the cuff. At the end of the time, the cuff current pressure is compared with the pressurization target value, and if the cuff current pressure has not reached the pressurization target value, the pressure is increased to the pressurization target value. A pressurization control function is provided to enter the automatic depressurization process when the pressurization target value has been reached and shift to blood pressure measurement.

When the start switch is pressed during blood pressure measurement, a pressurization target value stored in a memory in the CPU 5 is set (step (hereinafter, referred to as ST) 1). In the embodiment, the pressurization target value Pc is set to 185 mmHg. Then, the pressurizing pump is driven to pressurize the cuff (ST2), and the cuff current pressure P is measured by the pressure sensor during this cuff pressurization (ST3). In ST4, it is determined whether or not the cuff current pressure P has reached a predetermined pressure (Pc-α). In the embodiment, the predetermined pressure is equal to the target pressure (185 mmH).
g) minus 20 mmHg. Pressurization is continued until the cuff current pressure P reaches a predetermined pressure (165 mmHg).
If g) is reached, the determination in ST4 becomes YES, and the driving of the pressurizing pump is stopped (ST5).
Then, a timer for counting a fixed time (t) for stopping the cuff pressurization is set (ST6). ST7 determines whether or not the count time T has reached the timer set time (t). That is, it is determined whether the timer has expired. If several seconds have elapsed and the timer has expired, the determination in ST6 is YES, and the cuff current pressure P is measured (ST8). In ST9, it is determined whether or not the cuff current pressure P has become larger than the pressurization target value Pc. As shown in FIG. 2, assuming that the cuff is wound correctly and the battery power is sufficient, the cuff pressure is maintained by the remaining force (inertia) of the pressurizing pump even after the pressurizing pump is stopped (point a). Rises. Therefore, in this case, if the cuff current pressure has reached the pressurization target value (point b), this ST9
Is YES, in this case, the pressurizing pump is already in the off state and the pressurizing switch is not pressed.
After passing through ST11 and ST12, enter the automatic decompression process and execute blood pressure measurement (ST13).

On the other hand, when the battery is exhausted and the power is insufficient, or when the cuff is wound incorrectly and loosely, the cuff pressing speed is slow as shown in FIG. Since the time when the pressurizing pump stopped (point c), the cuff pressure hardly increased (point d). Therefore, in this case, since the cuff current pressure has not reached the pressurization target value, ST
The determination at 9 is NO, and the cuff is repressurized to the pressurization target value (ST10). When the cuff reaches the pressurization target value (point e), the determination in ST9 is YES, the driving of the pressurization pump 11 is stopped (ST11), and the blood pressure measurement is started (ST13). As a result, the cuff is always pressurized to the pressurization target value without excess and deficiency, and an accurate measured value is obtained.

In the electronic sphygmomanometer of the embodiment, the target pressurization value Pc is set at 50 times the systolic blood pressure (SYS) at the time of the second blood pressure measurement.
It is set to a value obtained by adding mmHg. Therefore, the predetermined pressure in this case is 50 mm
The value obtained by subtracting 20 mmHg from the value obtained by adding Hg is set, and the processing is performed in exactly the same manner as in the first blood pressure measurement operation. For example, in the first measurement or the second measurement, the cuff is pressurized to the pressurization target value.
When the target pressure is displayed on the display unit of the sphygmomanometer at the time of ES, and when the subject determines that the target pressure is not appropriate (too low) for himself, a pressure switch Turn ON. Thereby, the determination in ST12 becomes YES. When the pressure switch is turned on, the target pressure value is set to a value obtained by adding β (50 mmHg) to Pc (target pressure value) (ST14), and this value is set to the target pressure value (ST1). , And the same processing is performed thereafter.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is determined whether or not the cuff current pressure during pressurization has reached a predetermined pressure lower than the pressurization target value, and when the cuff current pressure has reached the predetermined pressure. After the cuff pressurization is stopped for a certain period of time, the current pressure of the cuff is compared with the target pressurization value, and if the current pressure of the cuff does not reach the pressurization target value, the pressure is increased to the pressurization target value, and When the cuff current pressure has reached the pressurization target value, it is decided to enter the automatic decompression process and shift to the blood pressure measurement, so that the cuff is always irrespective of the change of the power supply voltage or the method of winding the cuff. Pressurization is performed to the pressurization target value without excess or deficiency, and an accurate measurement value is obtained. In addition, the configuration of the electronic sphygmomanometer itself has an excellent effect of attaining the object of the invention, such that a conventional sphygmomanometer can be used and a good sphygmomanometer can be provided without increasing the cost.
