1の索状体とは間隔をおいて平行に配され内部には前記
第1の索状体とは競合種となる種子が収容された第2の
索状体とを備えてなり、かつ前記第1,第2の索状体と
の間隔はこれらによって形成される植生の間に裸地とす
べき領域を介在させることで、これらの植生が相互にす
み分け・共存可能となるような間隔に設定され、さらに
前記第1,第2の索状体との間には前記裸地とすべき領
域に対する発芽あるいは成長を抑制するための発芽・成
長抑制材を内包した抑制基材が配されていることを特徴
