[0003] Alternatively, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 63-170500, one of two adjacent warps of an extended warp extended by removing end wefts at both ends of a canvas is folded and joined. A loop is formed, the other is removed according to the folded length of one, and the folded warp is sewn into the lacking portion of the warp caused by this removal to form a joint, and a restraining yarn thinner than the canvas warp is formed at the joint. Or a joint inserted along the warp to wrap the state-of-the-art weft.
No. 94, the end of a plain-woven open mesh canvas is folded back to form a loop, a spiral wire is engaged with the loop, and a portion of the weft and its warp of the folded portion that is folded back and polymerized. There is a joint having a joint structure in which a binding thread thinner than the canvas main body weft is spelled into a rectangular weave portion formed by extracting the main body weft located above and connected to the canvas main body.

Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-183532, when forming joining loops of extended warp at both ends of a base fabric woven in a plain weave with synthetic resin monofilament, one of adjacent warps is formed. The adjacent extended warp is folded back and sewn into that portion, and the intersection of the end of the extended warp and the end of the warp that has been removed is left on the same warp on the back side of the base fabric. And a heat-fixed portion, and cut at both protruding portions and a surface not protruding from the back surface of the base fabric to form a joint portion.

However, when these are used as joining loops of a plain-woven open mesh canvas, for example, the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-106697 has a doubled end portion twice that of the main body canvas. Because the papermaking dryer canvas is stretched by the curved surface of the roll, the smaller the roll diameter is, the harder it is to bend because of its thickness, and the polymerization end does not follow the curved surface of the roll as much as the main body. Since the boundary between the portion and the canvas main body is repeatedly bent, there is a problem that the boundary is cut easily before the end of the life of the main body because the fatigue breakage occurs more easily than other portions.

[0006] Next, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 51-94804 discloses the use of a metal hook for the same reason as described above, which has a problem at the boundary with the metal hook. Although it is greatly eased by comparison, the same problem may occur due to the double warp.

In Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-199194, when a joint is used for an open mesh canvas having a plain weave, the coarser the mesh, the more inclined the loop hole becomes. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to insert the core wire when making it endless.

Further, in the case of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 6-183532, only the extended warp end and the warp are fused by heat fusion. Thus, the tension in the longitudinal direction of the canvas may cause the fused portion to be easily broken by fatigue.

The open mesh used in the present invention is:
A plain weave with a relatively coarse mesh is good. In particular, in the case of a monofilament open mesh, it is desirable that the warp occupancy is 35% or less and the mesh size of the open mesh is larger than 50 mesh. Warp occupancy 35%
As described above, if the mesh size of the open mesh is smaller than 50 mesh, it becomes difficult to bind the warp after forming the loop portion, and therefore, it is impossible to form the joint portion which is the subject of the present invention. The warp occupancy is a value calculated by the following equation.

According to the present invention, a joining loop is formed by removing one end of a weft from both ends of a base fabric and folding one of two adjacent warps of the extended warp. By wrapping the warp with the weft of the base fabric again and binding it into the base fabric structure, the warp is firmly bonded to the base fabric structure, so that the joint strength is improved, and furthermore, the joint part of the joint is physically Since it is caused by the entanglement of the warp and the weft, there is no effect on the elongation due to the tension directly applied to the base fabric or the shrinkage due to heat. Further, since the folded portion of the warp and the weft is formed so as to disperse the stress applied to the portion, it is possible to prevent the opening of the base fabric.

2. A conveyor belt formed by weaving a synthetic resin monofilament or a synthetic resin multifilament into an open mesh having a plain weave structure, wherein the extended warp extended by removing the end weft from both ends of the base fabric. Two types of warp yarns, a long warp yarn that maintains its original length and a warp yarn that is not cut and cut out by a predetermined number of wefts from the end of the base fabric (hereinafter referred to as a drawn warp yarn), are put together as one set, and the long warp yarn is folded back and joined. After forming the loop, the long warp is bound to the endmost weft where the drawn-out warp is entangled, and then folded again to move from the conveyor belt body side (hereinafter referred to as the body side) to the loop forming section side. A conveyor, wherein the drawn-out warp is folded back by the endmost weft yarn and bound from the loop forming portion side toward the main body side. Structure of the belt joint.
