However, when handling the heat-shrinkable package, there was a major drawback in that the package was cut from the perforation hole and the bag was broken. On the other hand, the method employing the joint seal method has a problem that the heat seal method causes the joint to be deformed by heat shrinkage, or the joint to protrude to the outside of the package, resulting in poor appearance. there were. Also, when stacking the heat-shrinkable packages, there is a drawback such that the protruding joint seal portion hinders the operation and becomes unstable.
Also, regarding the method of inserting the label into the envelope pasting part,
Even if the label is pulled at the time of opening, there is a defect that the film cannot be easily opened because the film has no break. Furthermore,
With respect to a method of electrostatically sealing an overlapped portion of envelopes and performing perforation on the overlapped portion, packaging could not be performed at a place where the electrostatic sealing device was not owned.

The zone (4a) is coated with a blocking inhibitor (Claim 2). When using a polypropylene-based single-layer heat-shrinkable film or the like which does not easily cause blocking in the heat-shrink tunnel, as shown in FIG.
A blocking accelerator is applied to the second overlapping zone (4b) (claim 3). If the blocking strength generated in the heat shrink tunnel is too strong for the first overlapping zone (4a) and insufficient for the second overlapping zone (4b), or In the case of one example, when the opening property is further improved, as shown in FIG.
A blocking inhibitor is applied to the overlapping zone (4a), and a blocking accelerator is applied to the second overlapping zone (4b). Furthermore, when using a film that is unlikely to cause blocking in the heat shrink tunnel, as a method other than the above, as shown in FIG. The first overlapping band (4) is added to the overlapping band (4b).
A blocking accelerator is applied to more parts than a) (claim 5).

The method generally used conventionally is used. For example,
It can be performed by a method such as an extrusion coating method, a roll method or a spray method. The locations where these coating portions are provided may be such that the above conditions are satisfied when they are superposed in an envelope-attached shape. That is, the film edge on the side where perforation is formed, the opposite film edge, or both film edges may be used. Further, the application area may be determined from the degree of the effect of the blocking inhibitor or the blocking accelerator. That is, when these effects are great, the width of the application portion can be reduced, provided in an intermittent manner, or formed into several lines at intervals.

Further, the position of the perforation is processed along one length of one edge of the heat-shrinkable film. However, the edge of the perforated film is made to be an inner edge when the edges of the film are overlapped in an enveloped shape. In the case where the perforated film edges become outer overlapping edges when they are overlapped in an envelope-attached shape, when the packages rub against each other, a bag breaks from the perforation holes. Further, if the perforated portion does not come to the overlapped portion of the envelope, not only the bag is easily broken at the time of handling the package, but also the air in the bag is discharged at a time during the heat shrink wrapping, resulting in good heat shrinkage. The packaging finish cannot be obtained.

First, one edge portion of the heat-shrinkable film is subjected to perforation along the length direction, and furthermore, a blocking inhibitor or a blocking accelerator is applied so as to satisfy the conditions of the present invention when overlapped in an envelope-like shape. Apply the agent in place. The heat-shrinkable film obtained in this manner is overlapped on both sides of an envelope by a former, an object to be packaged is accommodated in the cylindrical body, and both ends of the object to be packaged are sealed by fusing and sealing. Get the previous package. The package is placed on a conveyor so that the overlapped portion of the envelope is on the lower side, and is passed through a heat shrink tunnel to obtain an easily openable heat shrinkable package.

Therefore, when the envelope-attached overlapping portion of the heat-shrinkable package is pulled to both sides at the time of opening, the blocking of the second overlapping band (4b) is not removed, but the blocking of the first overlapping band (4a) is easily performed. Peeling occurs. As a result, it can be torn from the perforation portion and can be easily opened.
In addition, during general handling, the perforated portion provided on one film edge is covered by the other film edge, so that it is difficult to easily break the bag during general handling. Further, since the perforation hole is covered and sealed by the other film edge, the air inside the package is not discharged at one time during heat shrinkage, so that the heat shrink wrapping finish is improved.

Perforation processing of cuts of 3 mm in length and 1.5 mm intervals is performed at a position 10 mm from one edge of the multilayer heat-shrinkable film whose core layer is made of an ethylene-butene-propylene terpolymer. Then, a solution in which a silica-based anti-blocking agent is uniformly dispersed as a blocking inhibitor immediately inside thereof has a width of 30 by a roll method.
mm. Edges of both sides should be 3 so that the coating portion of the film with the blocking inhibitor is between the overlaps of the envelopes.
They were overlapped with a width of 0 mm to form a cylindrical body. After accommodating three notebooks in the cylindrical body and fusing and sealing the front and rear ends, the notebook is placed on a conveyor belt such that the overlapped portion of the envelope is on the lower side and passed through the heat shrink tunnel,
A heat-shrinkable package was obtained. The obtained heat-shrinkable package had a good heat-shrinkable finish, and did not break during general handling. In addition, when the notebook was pulled out and the envelope-attached overlapped portion was pulled to both sides, tearing occurred from the perforated portion, and the notebook could be easily opened.

に行えることである。As described above, since the heat-shrinkable package of the present invention is packaged by blocking the overlapped portion of the envelope in the heat-shrinkable tunnel, an electrostatic seal device or the like is unnecessary. Further, the heat-shrinkable package of the present invention hardly causes bag breakage, so that it is not necessary to pay much attention to handling. Moreover, a good heat-shrinkable packaging finish can be obtained, so that commercial value can be enhanced. Furthermore, the greatest effect when using the heat-shrinkable package of the present invention is that the package can be easily opened.
