(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the method of attaching perforations, the holes of the perforations expand at the time of heat shrinkage of the film, and the air inside the package is discharged at one time, so that the finish of the heat shrink package becomes poor. When handling the heat-shrinkable package, there is a major drawback in that the package is cut from the perforation hole and breaks the bag. On the other hand, the method employing the joint seal method has a problem that the heat seal method causes the joint to be deformed by heat shrinkage, or the joint to protrude outward from the package, resulting in poor appearance. there were. Further, when stacking the heat-shrinkable packages, there is a drawback in that the protruding joint seal portion is in the way and becomes unstable. In addition, a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film has a label attached to an edge thereof, the film is attached to an envelope, and a label is inserted into an overlapped portion. Since there are no cuts, there are drawbacks such as the inability to open easily.

That is, the present invention provides an envelope-sealed tubular body in which a pair of edges of a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film are superposed on each other in an envelope-attached manner and the polymerized portion is sealed, and the article to be packaged is further stored in the envelope-sealed tubular body. In a package obtained by heat-shrinking the tubular body after fusing and sealing both ends of the tubular body, a predetermined portion from the edge of one of the film edges superposed on the overlapped portion of the pair of film edges. Forming a first polymerization zone having a band-shaped antistatic agent or antiblocking agent coating portion extending in the same direction as the extension direction of the overlapping portion between the joining surfaces of the film edges within the width; In the second polymerization zone having no coated portion of the antistatic agent or the anti-blocking agent, perforation is formed on at least one of the pair of film edges polymerized with each other, and in that state, And it is characterized in that it subjected to electrostatic seal.

That is, first, at least one edge of the heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film is formed with perforations along the flow direction, and both edges of the film are formed into an envelope-attached shape so that the perforated portion comes to the overlapping portion. The two film edges to which the static electricity is applied are brought into close contact with the overlapped portion. That is, the envelope is stuck by the electrostatic sealing method to form a tubular body. At that time, the band-shaped application portion of the antistatic agent or the anti-blocking agent is located between the overlapping portions of the both edges, and is closer to the outer film edge of the tubular body than the perforated portion. Provided as appropriate. As a result, a first polymerization zone having a band-shaped antistatic agent or antiblocking agent coated portion extending in the same direction as the direction of extension of the polymerized portion is provided in the polymerized portion at both film edge portions, Alternatively, a second polymerization zone in which a perforation is formed on at least one side of both film edges that are polymerized with each other without an application portion of the antiblocking agent is present.
Then, after the object to be packaged is wrapped in the envelope-attached tubular body configured as described above, the both ends are melt-sealed and heat-shrinked to obtain the heat-shrinkable package of the present invention.

The perforation processing in the present invention is not particularly limited, and a method, a shape, and the like, which are conventionally generally performed, can be used as they are. As for the position of the perforation, at least one edge of the film is processed along the flow direction. However, when the perforation position is too close to the film edge on the outer lap side of the tubular body when the film is formed into a tubular shape by overlapping both edges of the film, the perforation holes overlap during packaging. In some cases, the heat-shrinkable packaging finish is deteriorated, and the bag is easily broken during handling, which is not preferable. Also, when the film is too close to the film edge on the inner lapping side of the tubular body, the sealing strength of the envelope sticking portion is weakened, and the seal breakage easily occurs when handling the heat shrinkable package, which is not preferable. . Furthermore, when it is too far from the film edge on the outer layer side of the cylindrical body,
No matter how much antistatic agent or the like is provided, the openability is poor,
On the other hand, if it is too far from the inner edge of the cylindrical body, a large amount of synthetic resin film is required, which is not preferable. Therefore, as the position of the perforation in the overlapping portion of the envelope, it is preferable that the distance from the film edge portion on the inner lapping side and the outer lapping side of the cylindrical body to the perforation portion is 3 to 30 mm, respectively.

Regarding the application portion of the antistatic agent or the anti-blocking agent, at least a part of the coating portion overlaps with the envelope sticking portion, and the portion is provided at a position closer to the outer edge of the tubular body than the perforated portion. is required. When the coated portion of the antistatic agent or the anti-blocking agent is present between the perforated portion and the film edge on the inner layer side of the tubular body, the sealing strength of the envelope attached portion is weakened, and the object of the present invention can be achieved. Further, if the coating portion is provided on the surface where both film edges overlap, and is provided on the entire surface from the perforated portion to the film edge on the outer lapping side of the tubular body, the seal strength of the envelope sticking overlapping portion is excessively reduced. In this case, it is preferable to reduce the width of the surface to which the antistatic agent or the antiblocking agent is applied, to provide the surface in an intermittent manner, or to form several lines at intervals.

The location where the coating portion is provided may be at the film edge on the side where perforation is formed, at the opposite film edge, or at both film edges.
Further, an application portion in which an antistatic agent and an antiblocking agent are mixed may be provided, or both an application portion of the antistatic agent and an application portion of the antiblocking agent may be provided.

An antistatic agent or an antiblocking agent can be coated by dissolving the antistatic agent or the antiblocking agent in a liquid such as alcohol or water, or by dispersing it in a uniform and stable state, and coating by a roll method or the like. It is common to do. However, the method is not limited to such a method. For example, in the case of an antistatic agent, a method of printing by adding a larger amount than that generally added at the time of printing can be used.

As the antistatic agent, although not particularly limited,
It is preferable to use a material that does not cause strong adhesion when the applied portion is electrostatically sealed. For example, surfactants such as a cationic surfactant and an anionic surfactant are used. More specifically, an antistatic agent generally used as an auxiliary agent for the ink is preferably used.

Further, the anti-blocking agent is not particularly limited, but those conventionally used in general synthetic resin films can be used. For example, there is a silica-based anti-blocking agent. In order to coat them, it is preferable that the anti-blocking agent is uniformly dispersed in a solution such as water in a stable state.

The electrostatic seal in the present invention is a method in which static electricity is applied to a film by using an electrostatic generator instead of a conventional hot plate at a portion where both edges of a synthetic resin film are overlapped with each other in an envelope shape, so that a film is formed between the films. A kind of blocking is caused, and the adhesive is widely adhered over the entire overlapping portion. Therefore, unlike the conventional sealing method using a hot plate, the sealing part using an electrostatic seal has a flat, transparent, and beautiful appearance without any unsightly seal marks.

(Operation) In the heat-shrinkable package of the present invention, the overlapped portion of the envelope is provided with an antistatic agent and an anti-blocking agent between the perforated portion and the film edge on the outer side of the tubular body during the electrostatic sealing. Part coated with agent (first polymerization zone)
However, the adhesiveness is poor, and the adhesiveness does not increase even after heat shrinkage. On the other hand, from the perforation part to the film edge on the inner lapping side of the cylindrical body,
Part not coated with antistatic agent (second polymerization zone)
Has good adhesion at the time of electrostatic sealing, and furthermore, this portion further increases its adhesion after heat shrinkage.

Therefore, the adhesion from the perforated portion of the heat-shrinkable package body that pulls the overlapped portion of the heat-shrinkable package to both sides from the perforation portion to the inner film side edge of the tubular body does not peel off when opened, but the film on the outer layer side of the tubular body from the perforated portion The portion of the strip coated with the antistatic agent or the antiblocking agent up to the edge easily peels off, and as a result, tears from the perforated portion. That is, it can be easily opened.

In addition, during general handling, the perforated portion of one film edge is covered by the other film edge, so that it is difficult to break the bag easily. In particular, this is remarkable when the perforated portion of the inner superposed film edge is covered by the outer superposed film edge.

(Example 1) From one edge of a polypropylene-based heat-shrinkable film
At the 10mm position, perform perforation processing to create a cut line with a length of 3mm and an interval of 1.5mm in a perforated shape,
Immediately inside, a cationic surfactant generally used as an antistatic agent for the ink was dissolved in alcohol, and a 30 mm-wide coating was formed by a roll method. Both edges were overlapped with a width of 30 mm so that the portion of the film to which the antistatic agent was applied was between the overlaps, and a cylindrical body was formed by an electrostatic sealing method. After inserting three notebooks into the cylindrical body and fusing and sealing the front and rear ends, the cylindrical body was passed through a heat shrink tunnel to obtain a heat shrinkable package.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, the heat-shrinkable package of the present invention is obtained by allowing perforation and an application part of an antistatic agent or an antiblocking agent to be present under specific conditions in an envelope-attached polymerization part by an electrostatic seal. Therefore, it is difficult to break the bag during general handling, but when trying to take out the packaged item,
The envelope can be easily opened from the overlapped portion of the envelope that has been electrostatically sealed.
