2. Description of the Related Art In a track switching operation at a switch point, a switch is performed by sliding a moving track on a floor board (switch board) by operating a switch, and switching is performed several hundred times a day by a switch. Where the operation was performed, the lower surface of the track and the floor plate surface were severely damaged by friction, and smooth sliding was not performed. In order to prevent this damage, lubricating oil is usually applied on the floorboard surface. However, conventionally, in the case where oil is supplied every time a switchover is performed, the oil is excessively supplied in places where the number of times of point switching is large, causing oil accumulation on the floorboard.

Since the automatic switch lubricating device of the present invention is constructed as described above, it is screwed and arranged on the floor plate in the vicinity of the inside of each of the pair of tracks, and as the respective tracks move. The rolling roller of the automatic refueling device rotates in contact with the floor plate surface. The rotation of the gear fixed to the end of the rolling roller is reduced by a plurality of reduction gears and transmitted to the oil supply member. With the rotation of the oil supply member, the lubricating oil in the replenishing container passes through the drop opening of the replenishing container, the supply hole of the oil supplying member, and the lubricating oil in the replenishing container at a position where the opening and the supply hole face each other. Is filled in the supply hole, and the rotational motion transmitted with the rotation of the rolling roller rotates the oil supply member and gradually flows down from the long hole of the supply member to the guide plate provided below. Lubricating oil flows down on the surface of the rolling roller abutting on the lower edge of the guide plate, and the lubricating oil is guided into an oil groove formed in the surface of the rolling roller and applied to the floor plate surface. Therefore, the track by the switch machine can move smoothly.
The amount of lubricating oil applied at this time is controlled by the number of revolutions of the oil supply member, and since this number of revolutions is transmitted with the rotation of the rolling roller rolling on the floor plate being reduced, the supply of lubricating oil is It is to be applied in a limited amount. As shown in FIG. 1, in the automatic switch lubricating device according to the present invention, a replenishing container is disposed at a position lower than the height of the track, and the position of the oil supply member is set below the lubricating oil replenishing container. Since it is arranged on the floor side, it can be moved to a position where it does not hinder the movement of the vehicle body rolling on the track.

The rotating member 5a or the replenishing roller 5b of the oil supply member 5 rotates slowly because the gear 7a of the rotating shaft 7 is reduced in rotation of the gear 12 of the rolling roller 9. With this rotation, the lubricating oil in the supply hole 5c and the supply groove 5e overflows and flows down on the guide plate 11, and flows on the rolling roller 9 while diffusing on the guide plate 11 surface. The lubricating oil flowing down is filled in the spirally formed oil groove 10 of the rolling roller 9, and the rolling roller 9 rolls on the floor plate 21 at the moving speed of the track 20. Is applied to the floor plate 21 surface. Similarly, lubricating oil is applied to the floor plate 21a by the automatic lubricating device main body 22a provided near the other track 20a and connected by the connecting rod 23. Since the rotation of the rolling roller 9 is reduced by the reduction gear 13 and transmitted to the oil supply member 5, the rotation of the rolling roller 9 is reduced.
The replenishment of the lubricating oil is not applied onto the floor plate 21 every time the track 20 moves, but is supplied at predetermined intervals. A ratchet may be arranged on the rolling roller 9 or a clutch mechanism may be provided to rotate the gear 12 by one-way rotation.

In the above embodiment, the opening 4 of the supply container 2
Although one is provided in FIG. 4, it controls the amount of lubricating oil supplied to the floor plate surface, and a plurality of may be provided. Although four supply holes 5c are formed in the rotating body 5a, they can be appropriately provided according to the rotating speed, and the present invention is not limited to this. Although the long hole 8a of the replenishing member 8 is formed in an arc shape, it can be designed in any manner depending on the number of revolutions of the rotating body. can do. As the lubricating oil used in the present invention, the lubricating oil conventionally supplied on the floor plate of the switch part can be used, but a low-viscosity oil is particularly preferable. Since the speed reduction mechanism of the automatic switch lubrication system of the present invention is concealed by the cover 14, the transmission of rotation is always stable without being affected by dust such as sand on the track.

As described above, in the automatic switching unit lubricating apparatus according to the present invention, the lubricating oil is applied onto the floor plate by the rolling rollers which roll in connection with the operation of the switch, and the amount of the lubricating oil is reduced. Since it is controlled by the decelerated oil supply member, no excessive lubricating oil is supplied, so that oil splattering due to the passage of the train can be suppressed without generating an oil pool on the floor plate surface. Instead, the rolling rollers rotate only in one direction, so when they do not rotate, the floor plate surface will be cleaned, and the floor plate surface will always be cleaned, so the track will move smoothly, and the train It has an excellent effect, such as being able to prevent derailment accidents and the like at the switch point.
