The above-mentioned resin pellet particle bath method has the following disadvantages. (1) Since the pellets need to be separated and cannot be completely separated, they are clogged with a hopper of a game machine or a medal lending machine. (2) Pellet exchange, washing and drying operations are required. (3) Since the powder of the pellets is transferred to the player in a state where the powder adheres to the material to be polished, the hands of the player become dirty. (4) The device for mixing the material to be polished and the pellets is large and heavy, and is not suitable for installation in a hall.
The hot water washing method has the following disadvantages. (1) The medal changes color. (2) Since hot water is used, installation in the hall is not appropriate. A separate washing area is required. (3) Since dirt accumulates in the hot water, the hot water needs to be replaced frequently. Furthermore, the pile type tape type has the following disadvantages. (1) The contact section between the coin and the tape is short for wiping, and it is difficult to remove dirt when the processing speed is increased. Decreasing the processing speed reduces the number of wipes. (2) The number of parts of the wiping mechanism is large and the apparatus becomes complicated. (3) The pile fabric is a consumable and needs to be replaced when the stain removal performance is reduced. From the above, in order to obtain a device that performs the collection, polishing cleaning, and replenishment of the polished material in each island of the pachinko hall in a fully automatic manner,
Regarding the polishing and cleaning, the conventional techniques as described above cannot cope with the completeness of the removal of dirt, the large amount of work, and the large cost. Therefore, the present invention enables the polishing and cleaning to be completely performed without using abrasives such as pellets, hot water, and detergents, and a cleaning agent, and furthermore, by attaching it to a counter, the number of cleaned polished materials can be counted. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a coin polishing device with a counting machine.

The material to be polished, such as a coin, is put into the center of the upper plate from a tank or the like and placed on the rotating plate. The material to be polished given the rotational force by the rotating plate moves toward the guide portion of the upper plate by centrifugal force, aligns and enters between the cleaning and polishing portion of the upper plate and the cleaning and polishing portion of the rotating plate. The cleaning and polishing section of the upper plate and the cleaning and polishing section of the rotating plate polish the dust (metal powder, dust, etc., such as dirt, cigarette dust, plating peeling, etc.) attached to the front and rear surfaces and side surfaces of the material to be polished. Be taken. The material to be polished that has reached the outer periphery of the rotating plate is discharged onto the chute from the discharge portion along the outer peripheral guide portion of the upper plate. When the dust reaches the chute, the removed dust falls downward from the porosity or mesh of the chute. Next, the dust is sucked into the dust collector through the filter below the chute, and the stain on the polished material is reliably removed. When the counting machine is provided at the tip of the dust collecting section, the material to be polished passing through the dust collecting section is put into the counting machine, and the quantity is counted.

If the filter (20) of 1) is of a detachable pack type, the dirt on the material to be polished can be easily treated by replacing the filter like a home vacuum cleaner. Further, if the fastening screw (15) is removed and the top plate (7) is removed, the rotating brush (10) and the fixed brush (13) can be easily removed. At this time, dirt can also be removed by cleaning the rotating brush (10) and the fixed brush (13) with another brush or the like. The fastening screw (15) may be hinged on one side and fastened on the other side with a lid for quick and easy operation. In order to fix the fixed brush (13) to the upper plate (7) and the rotating brush (10) to the rotating plate (1), if it is not enough to just fit them, screws or the like are used. In any case, it is better to be easy to attach and detach. The size of the gap between the rotating brush (10) and the fixing (13) affects the frictional force on the material to be polished passing therethrough and the degree of dust removal. This dimension is determined by the thickness of the collar (14). By using this collar as a coil spring, the gap between the rotating brush (10) and the fixed (13) is made movable, and the contact pressure is kept constant. Can be adjusted. The shape of the upper surface portion (1a) of the rotating plate (1) is such that both the brushes (10)
(13) Not only a flat surface but also a gently tapered center convex shape may be formed for insertion between them. Further, the central portion may be provided with a projection to prevent bridging at the time of pouring the material to be polished and to promote quick scattering to the outer peripheral portion. Further, the shape of the introduction portion (11) of the top plate (7) is provided with a taper having a high inner circumference and a low outer circumference as shown in FIG. The effect of wiping the material to be polished can also be obtained by replacing the brushes (10) and (13) in the cleaning and polishing portion of the rotating plate (1) and the upper surface plate (7) with buffs and cloth. Further, the clean polishing section can be divided into a brush and a buff on the upper and lower sides on the inner side and a buff on the upper and lower sides on the outside, and these have a replaceable structure. In addition, the example in which the upper plate on which the brush is mounted is fixed has been described, but this may be rotated. In this case, the rotation of the upper and lower brushes is changed. In any case, the material to be polished is moved in the outer peripheral direction by the centrifugal force of the rotating plate,
By moving between the fixed brush of the top plate and the rotating brush of the rotating plate, the front and back surfaces of the material to be polished and dust adhered to the side surfaces are removed. A polishing device with a counter in which a top plate is fixed to a tightening screw via a coil spring with respect to a support plate that supports the plate via a ball bearing, according to which a gap between a fixed brush and a rotating brush is provided. Mobility can be provided, and the object of adjusting the contact pressure to be constant can be achieved.
Further, the counter may be connected to the tip of the dust collecting section as shown in the figure, but is not limited to this position, and may be another position. For example, if the material to be polished is arranged so as to pass through the counter before being put into the polishing apparatus, the material to be polished is automatically counted by the player putting the material into the counting machine. After that, it is polished and cleaned. Note that the counter itself is not limited to the illustrated one, but can be changed as appropriate according to the type of the material to be polished.

According to the present invention, since pellets, hot water, detergent and the like are not used, operations such as replacement of pellets, washing and drying, replacement of hot water, and consumables are not required. Further, since pellets are not used, troubles caused by mixing of pellets are prevented. Furthermore, since the supporting plate is supported by the rotating plate via ball bearings arranged along the circumference, and the upper surface plate is fixed to the supporting plate via the coil spring, the gap between the cleaning and polishing members is movable. This makes it possible to adjust the contact pressure to a constant value, so that the gap between the fixed plate and the rotating plate can be kept uniform. Further, since a dust collector for sucking air through a filter is provided below the chute, dirt can be surely removed. In any case, it is possible to obtain a coin polishing machine with a counter in which polishing and cleaning are completely performed only by replacing the filter and cleaning or replacing the cleaning polishing unit.
