2. Description of the Related Art A conventional greenhouse has a structure in which a greenhouse frame is formed by metal square members and pipes, and a translucent synthetic resin sheet (for example, a vinyl chloride sheet or the like) is attached to the frame. Light rays are introduced into the room through a synthetic resin sheet to keep the room warm and to prevent cold and wind from entering, thereby maintaining an environment suitable for plant growth. However, simply insulating the sheet from the outside with a synthetic resin sheet does not provide sufficient heat insulation.Condensation inside the synthetic resin sheet due to changes in the outside air interferes with daylighting, and the dew drops fall on plants. In some cases, damage such as spots or mold was generated. In addition, even if the room is heated in winter, the room temperature does not rise. On the contrary, in summer, there is a problem that ventilation is insufficient and the room temperature rises too much, causing high temperature damage to plants.
In addition, the synthetic resin sheet tends to hang or sag on the roof due to rain or snow, and if left as it is, there is a problem that the synthetic resin sheet deteriorates with time in a short period of time. As a countermeasure, the present applicant has proposed a vinyl house in which a synthetic resin sheet is double-layered inside and outside, the peripheral edge is sealed, and air is blown between the sheets (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-81017).
issue). The roof has a structure in which two synthetic resin sheets are stretched on the left and right sides of the purlin, and air is blown between the sheets to prevent the roof from sagging and improve the heat insulation effect. As shown in Fig. 3, ventilation is performed by opening either the left or right half of the roof centering on the purlin, but the other half remains unopened and closed, so there is a problem that air in the house is difficult to be discharged. there were.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a roof frame is constituted by a purlin and left and right valleys parallel to the purlin, and either one of the right and left valleys can be moved up and down around the purlin as a fulcrum. Then, two translucent synthetic resin sheets are stretched from one side of the valley to the other over the purlin, and the edges of these two sheets are sealed and air is filled between the sheets.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing the configuration of a multi-story vinyl house. The multi-story vinyl house 1 is provided with a beam 3 on a support 2 made of a steel frame material or an aluminum pipe or the like. Pass 6. The valley gutter 9 is supported on the left and right of the purlin 6, and the arched rafter 8 is passed between the purlin 6 and the left and right valley 9 and the valley 9 is supported by the rain gutter 15. 4 is formed. Then, between the left and right troughs 9 beyond the purlin 6, two translucent synthetic resin sheets 5 are placed.
The sheets are stacked and spread over, and the periphery of the sheet is sealed. An upper frame 7 is attached to the roof frame 4 on each of the left and right sides of the purlin 6, and a plurality of arc-shaped rafters 8 are attached with an interval between the upper frame 7 and the valley gutter 9 to connect the upper frame 7 and the valley gutter 9. I do. Then, the upper frame 7 of one of the left and right roof frames 4 can be moved up and down around the purlin 6,
One end of an opening / closing rod 11 having an arc shape and a rack 10 formed on one side thereof is rotatably attached to the rafter 8.

Further, a motor 12 (for example, a stepping motor) that can rotate forward and backward is mounted at a predetermined position of the beam 3 facing the other end of the opening / closing rod 11. Further, a pinion gear 13 is attached to the rotating shaft of the electric motor 12, and the pinion gear 13 and the rack 10 of the opening / closing rod 11 mesh with each other. Reference numeral 14 denotes a slide guide 14, which holds the opening / closing rod 11 so as to hold the rack 10 and the opening / closing rod 11 so as not to be disengaged. The open / close rod 11 is moved up and down via the pinion gear 13 by the forward or reverse rotation of the electric motor 12, and one side of the roof frame 4 is rotated about the purlin 6 by the open / close rod 11 to open and close the roof. Further, a blower 16 is attached to the column 2 on the side of the roof frame 4 that does not open and close, and air is blown into the hollow portion of the double synthetic resin sheet 5 through the blowout tube 17.

In the case of ventilation, the electric motor 12 is driven to move the opening / closing rod 11 upward to push up one roof frame 4. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the double synthetic resin sheet 5 of the roof is fixed only by the troughs 9 of the left and right roof frames 4,
The hollow portion sags, is swelled by the air therein, and is lifted up and kept near the purlin 6. In this state, the cold air flowing in from the outside flows into the lower part of the vinyl house and pushes up the warm air in the room, and the warm air in the room flows along the lower surface of the double synthetic resin sheet 5 on the roof and flows in. The air is smoothly discharged from the opening 18 of the roof without hitting the cold air.

As described above, according to the present invention, a translucent synthetic resin sheet having two superimposed and sealed peripheral edges is stretched from one side of the valley to the other over the purlin, and is inserted into the hollow portion. Injecting air forms a roof with heat insulation effect, and when the roof is opened for ventilation, the two synthetic resin sheets expand upward away from the purlin, creating a large opening area. The cold outside air flows downward and pushes up the air in the warm house. For this reason, room air is smoothly discharged from the opening along the lower surface of the double synthetic resin sheet, and the ventilation efficiency can be increased.
