Synthetic leather having an upper-coating transparent resin layer provided on the print layer to prevent abrasion, breakage, and the like of the print layer is known, but this kind of synthetic leather is a leather without an upper-coating transparent resin layer. Compared to this, the weather resistance is remarkably fast. This deterioration phenomenon mainly occurs on the surface of the upper transparent resin layer, but is not limited to this portion. Since light passes through the transparent resin layer, the lower layer of the transparent layer (such as a print layer or a middle resin layer) is formed. Spills over to In addition, the transparent layer has a drawback that deterioration proceeds more easily because a part of the light transmitted through the transparent layer is reflected by the lower layer and returns.

In the present invention, the above-mentioned transparent resin layer 5 and the resin layer 3 are mixed with an ultraviolet absorber. As the ultraviolet absorber, a benzotriazole-based, benzophenone-based, salicylate-based, benzoate-ester-based ultraviolet absorber, or a combination of these ultraviolet absorbers with an antioxidant is used. The amount of the ultraviolet absorber mixed is 0.1 to 1.0 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin for forming each resin layer.
It is preferably about parts by weight. Further, in order to impart more excellent weather resistance to the synthetic leather, a large amount of an ultraviolet absorber is mixed in the upper transparent resin layer rather than the intermediate resin layer. The mixing ratio at this time is preferably about 2: 1 to 3: 1 of the upper transparent layer mixing amount: the middle coating layer mixing amount.

In the synthetic leather of the present invention, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an anti-urethane agent, a flame retardant, and the like may be added to a predetermined layer as needed. In particular, among these additives, a light stabilizer such as a hindered amine light stabilizer is preferably used in combination. In this case, the weather resistance can be further improved. In this case, the amount of the light stabilizer to be added depends on the resin used to form each resin layer.
About 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight is preferable, and it is preferable that a large amount be mixed into the upper-coating transparent resin layer more than the middle-coating resin layer like the ultraviolet absorber. The mixing ratio at this time is preferably in the same range as the mixing ratio of the ultraviolet absorber.

Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 A composition of the following formulation A for forming a sponge layer was laminated by a calender method on a 0.35 mm-thick double-sided knitted fabric, and then the following formulation A composition comprising Formulation B is similarly laminated by a calender method to form an intermediate layer,
A printing layer is formed thereon by printing means, and then a composition having the following formulation C is laminated by a calendar method to form an uppering transparent resin layer, and then heated to form a resin for the sponge layer. The composition was foamed. Further, the surface of the upper transparent resin layer was flattened by a flat roll to produce a synthetic leather having a flat flat surface (Examples 1, 2, and 3).

[Effect of the Invention] As described above, the weather-resistant synthetic leather of the present invention has an upper-coating transparent resin layer because an ultraviolet absorber is mixed in the upper-coating transparent resin layer and the intermediate-coating resin layer. Even when it is difficult to deteriorate the weather resistance, especially when a large amount of ultraviolet absorber is mixed into the upper transparent layer side of the above two layers, external light is sufficiently blocked in the transparent layer, so that each layer on the inner side has There is a remarkable effect that deterioration is prevented and deterioration of the transparent layer due to reflected light from the lower layer is also prevented.
