にバインド線解き起し爪14を設けた取外し捻回レバ−

に設けた巻終り押え込みピン10は、巻付けるバインド
線の線端から約1/2ピッチに相当する距離だけ、位置
決めプレ−ト2から離隔しており、かつバインド線が装
着されたとき、巻終り押え込みピン10の先端部は、バ
インド線の外面から、バインド線のほぼ外径に相当する
間隔を有するようにしている。
