管と一体となる塞ぎ部材を、前記切欠き部の開口に上方
から被せるようにして設けると共に、この塞ぎ部材と両
角形鋼管とを下向き溶接および横向き溶接で溶接するこ
とにより、前記両角形鋼管の上部を溶接接合し、 前記両角形鋼管の下部である前記切欠き部以外の溶接接
合と両角形鋼管の上部である塞ぎ部材を介しての溶接接
合とにより、前記接合すべき両角形鋼管の溶接接合を行
