In recent years, heavy corrosion-resistant coated steel materials for harbor facilities and the like have been required to maintain their aesthetic appearance as well as long-term corrosion protection. There are many. In the case of the above-mentioned reinforced plastic composite coated steel material, shear stress occurs at the interface between the anticorrosion coating layer and the fiber reinforced plastic layer due to abrasion by the bearing roller, and the fiber reinforced plastic layer falls off. There is a problem that there is.

FIG . 1 shows an example of a cross section of a floating mooring shore support pile obtained according to claim 1 of the present invention. In the figure,
1 is a steel material, 2 is a base treatment layer, 3 is an anticorrosion coating layer, and 4 is a sliding layer. After the coated surface of the steel material 1 is cleaned by shot blasting, grit blasting, sand blasting or the like, a chromic acid-based chemical conversion treatment is performed, an organic primer layer is formed, or a chromic acid-based chemical conversion treatment is performed. A base treatment such as forming a system primer layer is performed.
After the undercoat layer 2 is completely cured, the anticorrosion coating layer 3 is coated thereon. The undercoat layer 2 is not particularly limited as long as it has excellent adhesion to the anticorrosion coating layer 3. The anticorrosion coating layer 3 is preferably a polyolefin resin or a polyurethane resin which has been highly evaluated for its anticorrosion performance and has been widely used for heavy anticorrosion coated steel materials. While the anticorrosion coating layer 3 is uncured, the flocking material 5 of inorganic or organic short fibers is implanted on the anticorrosion coating layer 3 by an electrostatic flocking method or spraying with an air gun. After the anticorrosion coating layer 3 is cured, the protection layer 6 is covered. The protective layer 6 needs to have strength enough to withstand an impact or the like, and is preferably made of a vinyl ester resin, a polyester resin, or an epoxy resin containing inorganic fibers or inorganic flakes. After the protective layer 6 is cured, it covers the sliding layer 4. As the sliding layer 4, a floating member

In the first aspect of the present invention , the protective layer 6 is provided so that the anticorrosion coating layer 3 is not damaged by an unexpected impact due to waves or the like . Further, the flock material 5 is intended to maintain the adhesion between the anticorrosion coating layer 3 and the protective layer 6 and to keep the anticorrosion coating layer 3 healthy without peeling off even if a crack occurs in the protection layer 6 due to an impact. .

Table 1 shows Examples 1-4 and Comparative Example-1.
The following shows coating specifications of Nos. 1 to 3. Steel pipe (600mm × 12mm ×
3m), grit blasting was applied, a urethane-based primer was applied to a thickness of 30 μm, and after curing, a polyurethane resin was spray-coated to a thickness of 2.5 mm to form an anticorrosion coating layer. In Comparative Examples-1 and 2, after the anticorrosion coating layer was cured, a sliding layer shown in Table 1 was applied in a thickness of 100 μm. In Examples 1-3, while the anticorrosion coating layer was uncured, a flocked material of nylon fiber (3d × 2 mm) was implanted on the anticorrosion coating layer using a hand-held electrostatic flocking machine, and the anticorrosion coating layer was completely completed After curing, the protective layers shown in Table 1 were applied to a thickness of 2.0 mm. Further, after the protective layer was cured, a 100 μm sliding layer shown in Table 1 was applied thereon. After 4 grit blasting, the adhesion of polyethylene coated with epoxy primer 50μ as anticorrosive coating layer is extrusion coated with polyethylene after 100μ applied to 2.5 mm, the top layer Example - - Example 1 to 3 Similarly, a flock material, a protective layer, and a sliding layer were formed. In Comparative Example-3, only the anticorrosion coating layer was used.

With respect to the examples and comparative examples prepared as described above, 150 mm × 12 mm × 500 mm were cut into test pieces, and the adhesion, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance between the sliding layer and the anticorrosion coating layer or the protection layer were measured. The sex was evaluated. Adhesion is 1
In the mm goban test, the abrasion resistance was evaluated by applying a load of 1 Ton to a urethane rubber roll having a diameter of 120 mm and a length of 100 mm, and performing a roll rolling wear test at a stroke of 300 mm 30,000 times.
The impact resistance was evaluated by the state of the film when a 5 kg weight with a punch diameter of 15.9 mm was dropped from a height of 500 mm.

From Table 1, it can be seen that when an appropriate sliding layer is formed, the abrasion resistance is improved, the anticorrosion coating layer is not damaged, and the appearance can be maintained. Further, it can be seen that when the protective layer is inserted between the anticorrosion coating layer and the sliding layer, the impact resistance is improved and the anticorrosion coating layer is not damaged. Further, the adhesion between the sliding layer and the anticorrosion coating layer or the protective layer is good in all Examples.
