成移動するときに、該横シーラ(18,18)による筒状フィ
ルム(F)の絞り込み作用によって筒状フィルム(F)が変形
するのに伴い、該横シーラ(18,18)の閉成方向に変形す
ることで、前記筒状フィルム(F)を湾曲部(20c,20c)で
方から展張状に保持するスカート部材(20)と、 前記横シーラ(18,18)の上方に位置し、筒状フィルム(F)
の給送路を挟む両側に夫々配設されて横シーラ(18,18)
の対向移動方向に揺動する一対の揺動レバー(30,30)お
よび各一対の揺動レバー(30,30)間に配設されて相互に
近接・離間移動可能な一対のフィルム挟持部材(32,32)
を備え、このフィルム挟持部材(32,32)を、横シーラ(1
