Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a flexible bag 2 made of a plastic film or the like is accommodated in an outer box 1 made of paper, cardboard, plastic, or the like, and a spout 3 fixed to the bag 2. Is extended out of the outer box 1, and the bag 2
A bag-in-box containing a liquid content 4 such as juice is used therein. In this bag-in-box, the contents are usually sucked and taken out from the spout 3. At this time, the bag is deformed, and the volume in the bag is reduced according to the contents taken out.

However, when the contents are simply sucked out from the spout 3 and taken out, the contents in the bag are locally sucked, the bag is more likely to wrinkle, and a part of the bag is removed before the whole contents are taken out. There is a problem that the contents are tightly closed and the contents cannot be taken out. In particular, when a high-viscosity material such as ink is contained as the content, this problem becomes significant. That is, when the high-viscosity ink is stored as the contents 4, the contents 4 are poured into the spout 3.
When the ink is sucked out from the bag, the ink near the spout is mainly sucked because the ink does not easily flow in the bag 2, and the upper part of the flexible bag 2 is deformed as shown by the two-dot chain line 2a. To close the spout 3 or the two-dot chain line 2b
As shown by, the films in the inner bag adhere to each other in the vicinity of the spout to prevent the flow of the contents to the spout, and thereafter the contents cannot be sucked. Further, as a flow member in the prior art, a rod or pipe-shaped member having a flow path or a flow hole around the circumference is known, but in this method, deformation of the bag when the inner bag shrinks is not uniform. However, there is a problem in the stability of the remaining amount of the contents because the bags are likely to be clogged.

When the planar passage member having the above configuration is mounted in the bag so as to overlap the region including the spout on the inner surface of the bag and the convex portion is on the spout side, when suctioning the contents from the spout,
A passage is formed between the convex portion of the planar passage member and the flat base portion of the planar passage member, and a passage from the periphery of the base portion to the spout is formed. You. For this reason, the contents are sucked from the wide part of the bag, so that the contents are sucked uniformly in the bag as compared with the case where only the spout is sucked, and the bag is deformed as a whole and wrinkles are formed. It is possible to perform good suction and take-out with less occurrence. Moreover, even if a part of the bag is quickly deformed and moves near the spout, the base is supported by the base of the planar passage member.
It is possible to remove most of the ink in the bag without blocking the passage. In addition, the flow of the contents into the passage formed by the planar passage member is not limited to the case where the flow is performed from the periphery of the base portion.
The contents may flow from the hole to the passage.

Inside the bag 12, a planar passage member 17 according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided.
Are mounted on the inner surface of the bag 12 so as to overlap the region including the spout 13. This planar passage member 17
Is formed in an area slightly smaller than the flat surface 11a to which the spout 13 is fixed.
And a suitable passage 18 is formed between them. As shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 4, the planar passage member 17 has a flat base portion 17a and a large number of independent convex portions 19 provided so as to protrude on one surface thereof. Fig. 1,
As shown in FIG. 2, the convex portion 19 is mounted on the lower portion 12a of the bag 12 and the flange 13a of the spout 13, and is fixed to the bag 12 at an appropriate position. In the case of the present embodiment, a total of six places, four corners and two central sides of the planar passage member 17, are heat-sealed and fixed to the lower portion 12a of the bag 12 in a spot shape. At the position facing the spout of the planar passage member 17, there is no protrusion 19 and the plate is flat.
It is easier to absorb ink than 13. Thus, a passage 20 is formed between the base portion 17a of the planar passage member 17 and the lower portion 12a of the bag 12 so as to extend vertically and horizontally by the convex portion 19. The passage 20 is used for flowing ink when the ink 24 filled in the bag 12 is sucked and taken out, and it is preferable that the ink is taken out. Is a residual ink, so a smaller one is better from this point. The dimensions of the passage 20 may be determined in consideration of these. For example, the height of the passage 20 is 2-3 mm and the width is 3
It is preferably about 5 mm. Convex portion 19 for forming passage 20
Is shown in the illustrated embodiment as a square, but is not limited to this and may be any other shape such as a circle or a triangle. In the embodiment, the direction of the passage 20 is vertical,
Although the one extending in the lateral direction is shown, this direction can also be changed, that is, any path may be used as long as it is a path leading from the periphery to the outlet 13. For example, the path may extend radially from the outlet. When such a radial passage is formed, an elongated protrusion may be used.

As shown in FIG. 4, the base portion 17a of the planar passage member 17 is formed.
Has a large hole 21 at the position facing the spout 13,
A small hole 22 is formed at a position facing the passage 20.
The material, manufacturing method, and the like of the planar passage member 17 are not particularly limited, but are preferably formed by molding plastic. FIG. 4 shows an example of the planar passage member 17 formed by molding from a plastic sheet. Therefore, the concave portion 23 corresponding to the convex portion is provided on the upper surface side of the base portion 17a.
Are formed. Although the recess 23 may be left as it is, it becomes a reservoir for ink.
For example, it is preferable to cover with a film, a sheet, or the like. In addition, a hole is made in the side surface of the
It may be made to communicate with. When the planar passage member is manufactured by injection molding, the upper surface of the base portion 17a is naturally flat without any concave portion.

In the ink container having the above structure, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
Swells to the position shown by the solid line, and the internal volume can be sufficiently used. When the ink 24 is sucked and taken out from the spout 13, the ink is sucked through the hole 21 of the planar passage member 17 above the spout 13, but other than the passage 18 around the base plate 17 a. It is sucked below the base portion 17a through the hole 22 and reaches the spout 13 through the passage 20. For this reason, ink is sucked from a large area of the bag 12, and the upper portion 12b of the bag 12 is displaced downward while keeping substantially horizontal as shown by a two-dot chain line 12b 'with the ink suction. Thus, it is possible to satisfactorily suck out even high-viscosity ink. Also, for example,
The upper portion 12b of the bag 12 is distorted and displaced, and as shown by the two-dot chain line 12c, the portion above the spout 13 quickly descends and the base portion 17a
Even if the hole 21 is closed, the spout 13 is open with a gap below the base 17a, so that ink can be sucked through the passage 20 below the base 17a. Therefore, ink suction is performed until the upper portion 12b of the bag 12 comes into close contact with the upper surface of the base portion 17a, and most of the ink contained in the bag 12 can be suctioned and taken out. Also, the ink is sucked from a wide portion of the bag, and the bag 12 is
Since the upper portion 12b is fixed and does not move, the displacement of the upper portion 12b during ink suction is stable, and therefore, there is little variation between manufactures and reproducibility is extremely high. For this reason, any product can stably and satisfactorily discharge ink, and reduce the amount of residual ink.

In the above description, the case where the ink container is arranged so that the spout 13 faces downward and ink is suctioned has been described. However, the ink container does not necessarily need to be arranged in this position. Alternatively, it may be turned upward. Further, in the above embodiment, a large number of holes 22 are formed in the base portion 17a of the planar passage member 17, and ink is also allowed to enter the passage 20 from that portion.
22 may be omitted, and ink may enter the passage 20 only from the periphery of the base portion 17a. Further, conversely, the base portion 17a
May be enlarged so that the periphery thereof contacts the bag 12, so that the passage 18 is not formed in the periphery of the base portion 17a, and the ink can flow into the passage 20 only by the holes 21 and 22. it can. Since the ink flow in the bag can be controlled by the formation position, quantity, etc. of the holes 22, the formation position of the holes 22 and the ink flow can be controlled so that a desired ink flow pattern is generated.
The number and the like can be determined. Further, in the above embodiment, the lower portion 12a of the bag 12 for attaching the planar passage member 17 is fixed to the outer case 11, but the bag for attaching the planar passage member of the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. , It may simply be housed in an outer box. Further, the shape of the outer box is not necessarily limited to a rectangular shape, but may be a cylindrical shape or the like. Also,
The form of the bag is not limited to the four-sided seal pouch as in the present embodiment, but may be a bag shape such as a stand pack or a gusset bag.

The case where the planar passage member of the present invention is used for an ink container has been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the ink container and can be used for a bag containing other various liquids as contents. In addition to the patterns shown in the present embodiment, various patterns can be considered for the path pattern formed by the convex portions of the distribution member depending on the properties of the contents, the position of the spout, and the like.
