排出ローラより用紙搬送方向下流に配設され排出用紙を
収容可能な用紙収容部と、前記排出ローラと用紙収容部
との間で用紙を押圧して当該用紙収容部へガイド可能な
用紙押え部材とを備えた用紙排出機構において、 前記用紙押え部材を、本体と当該本体の基端部に設けら
れた回転軸とから形成し,かつ当該本体先端部が前記排
出ローラと当接するように前記回転軸を介して静止体に
回転支持し、 前記本体および回転軸の少なくとも一方に弾性変形許容
部を形成し、 前記本体の基端部に係合部を設け、 前記静止体に、前記係合部と係合して前記本体の排出ロ
ーラより離隔する方向への回動に対して前記弾性変形許
容部を弾性変形させつつ抵抗しかつ当該弾性変形許容部
の弾性復元力を利用して前記本体を前記排出ローラへ向
けて付勢するストッパを設けたことを特徴とする用紙排
出機構。
