For example, when braiding a large swelling three-dimensional pattern or pattern on the outer material, when only the cylinder needle that organizes the pattern part is operated while the cylinder needle and dial needle of the part where the pattern is not formed are stopped. However, it is possible to form a bulge on the surface of the pattern, but at this time, despite the braided pattern,
Since the other part is suspending the braid, the knitted fabric suspended at the rest part is gradually pulled, which causes the knitted fabric in the pattern part to lose tension and hinder the braid. . SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and has as its object to be able to reliably braid a three-dimensional pattern or pattern whose outer material is greatly expanded with a simple device.

In the manufacturing method, the sinker is driven forward and backward in conjunction with the braid of the three-dimensional pattern formed on the outer material and / or the lining, and the braided three-dimensional pattern knitted fabric portion is pressed by the tip of the sinker to tension the three-dimensional pattern knitted fabric portion. Characterized in that, the apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional pattern of a double knitted fabric according to the present invention further comprises a cylinder and a cylinder needle, a double knitted cloth manufacturing apparatus comprising a dial and a dial needle. The sinker which moves forward and backward in conjunction with the braid of the three-dimensional pattern formed on the outer material or the lining is pressed against the three-dimensional pattern knitted fabric part when the tip end advances. It is characterized in that it has arranged to.

である。When the outer material is braided with the cylinder and the cylinder needle, and when the lining is braided with the dial and the dial needle, the outer material and the lining are integrally braided by intersecting the cylinder needle and the dial needle. Then, for example, when forming a three-dimensional pattern bulging on the surface material, the cylinder needle and the dial needle of the pattern are stopped and the cylinder needle of the pattern portion is operated to form a bulge on the surface material. At this time, the tension of the knitted fabric applied to the cylinder needle and the dial needle other than the pattern at rest is applied, and the tension is gradually lost in the pattern portion braided by the cylinder needle. Since the appropriate tension is applied to the tissue portion formed by the cylinder needle of the pattern portion by pressing the tip of the sinker, good braiding can be performed, and a predetermined bulge can be formed to braid a three-dimensional pattern. . In addition, even when a three-dimensional pattern is formed on the lining or the lining in addition to the outer lining, a desired pattern can be formed by providing a sinker that operates in the same manner as described above.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a main part of a double knitting machine capable of simultaneously braiding the outer material and the lining. This double knitting machine 1 includes a cylinder 2 and the cylinder 2
Cylinder needle (needle for knitting cloth) 4 that is guided up and down by the cam 3 to be slid up and down, and a dial 5 and a dial that is guided by the dial 5 and slid up and down by the cam 6 to braid the lining. A needle (knitting needle for knitting cloth) 7 is arranged at a tip end thereof with a knitting cloth passing gap 8 opened and intersected substantially at a right angle, and a sinker 9 is arranged at a tip end of the cylinder needle 4. The sinker 9 is driven by a driving cam 10 (see FIGS. 2 to 5) interlocking with the vertical movement of the cylinder needle 4 so that the tip of the sinker 9 enters the knitting cloth passage gap 8 and the knitting cloth passage gap. It is configured to be able to advance and retreat to a standby position 12 exiting from position 8. Reference numeral 13 in the drawing denotes a yarn path for supplying the yarn 14 to the cylinder needle 4 and the dial needle 7. Next, the operation of the double knitting machine 1 configured as described above will be described. In the case of a plain fabric or a flat handle, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cylinder needle 4 and the dial needle are set in a state where a tension W is applied to the knitted fabric 15 in the knitted fabric passage gap 8 by a weight or the like. The yarn 14 is supplied to and driven forward and backward. Then, the yarn 14 supplied from the yarn path 13 is braided by the cylinder 2 and the cylinder needle 4 as in the conventional double knitting machine 1, and at the same time, the lining is integrated with the outer material by the dial 5 and the dial needle 7. It is knitted. At this time, the tip of the sinker 9 reciprocates between the operating position 11 and the standby position 12 in conjunction with the cylinder needle 4 by the drive cam 10, but the knitted fabric 15 in the knitted cloth passage gap 8 is mainly It is pulled downward by the tension W of the weight or the like. Next, when forming a three-dimensional pattern having a partial bulge on the outer material, the cylinder needle 4 forming the outer material other than the three-dimensional bulging pattern and the dial needle 7 forming the lining are stopped, and the fourth pattern is formed. As shown in the drawing, the sinker 9 is advanced by the drive cam 10 so that the tip thereof comes into contact with the knitted fabric 15 in the knitted cloth passing gap 8, and tension is applied to the loop 16 hooked on the cylinder needle 4. . Next, the cylinder needle 4 forming a bulging pattern is raised upward (arrow A), and the hook 4a of the cylinder needle 4 is moved upward.
When the cylinder needle 4 is lowered after the yarn 14 is supplied to the cylinder needle 4 as shown in FIG. 5, the number of loops 16 in the cylinder needle 4 becomes larger than that in the portion where the cylinder needle 4 is at rest, and the bulge is formed by that amount. . At this time, the knitted fabric 15 in the knitted cloth passing gap 8 hitherto has been applied to the cylinder needles 4 other than the dial needle 7 and the cylinder needle 4 in which the tension W of the weight or the like acting thereon is stopped. And does not act on the loop 16 of the cylinder needle 4 that forms the pattern, but the tip of the sinker 9 that has advanced into the knitted cloth passage gap 8 abuts on the loop 16 of the pattern portion to apply tension. Good braiding can be performed, a predetermined bulge can be formed, and a three-dimensional pattern can be braided. In the above embodiment, the sinker is driven at all times, but the point is that the sinker may be provided for the knitted cloth-needing needle of the part that organizes the three-dimensional pattern. In the above embodiment, the case where a three-dimensional pattern is formed on the outer material is described as an example. However, when a three-dimensional pattern is formed on the lining in addition to the lining and the outer material, the three-dimensional pattern is formed. The sinker of the above embodiment may be provided on the knitting cloth needle on the side to be formed.

It moves forward and backward in conjunction with the knitting needle of the part, and the structure of the three-dimensional pattern and pattern part to be braided with this is suppressed at the tip of the sinker so that tension is applied, so good braiding can be performed, A three-dimensional pattern can be braided by forming a predetermined bulge. Thereby, there is an advantage that a large swelling three-dimensional pattern or pattern can be braided reliably and easily. In addition, at least a simple device that moves the sinker forward and backward in conjunction with the knitting needle of the knitting cloth at the part where the pattern is knitted and suppresses the structure of the pattern part at the tip end can be implemented at low cost. There is an advantage that the present invention can be easily implemented on existing ones.
