Conventionally, for example, there is one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-158235. In this conventional technique, the needle bar of the automatic embroidery sewing machine is suspended and operable during the operation of the sewing machine. A rotating knife is provided, and a needle guide for guiding a sewing needle at the lower end of the needle bar is provided at the lower end of the elevating bar provided adjacent to the needle bar, and the needle bar and the elevating bar are moved by the rotating knife. A hole-shaped pattern sewing apparatus provided with interlocking means for interlocking the lowering rod to the lower limit and guiding the sewing machine needle only when stitches are formed in the holes formed in the base cloth.

After the cloth is pushed and spread to form the holes, the rotating knife mount is raised. Next, the embroidery frame moves, the hole just formed moves immediately below the needle bar and stops, and then the needle guide descends at a slightly earlier timing than the sewing needle to hold the hole at a predetermined size.

When the sewing needle goes up and the needle guide goes up, the embroidery frame moves and the holeless portion of the base fabric comes to just below the needle bar and stops, and then the sewing machine needle moves up and down to stitch the holeless portion. create.

When the sewing needle and needle guide rise, the hoop moves. By repeating the above operation, a seam is formed around the hole provided in the base cloth.

Tapered wings are provided along these conical portions on all sides like glass pens of the past, and it is stated that "these wings have no blades so as not to cut the cloth." In other words, in order to make a hole in the cloth with such a pointed rotary knife, as described above, after inserting the conical rotary knife into the base cloth while rotating it, push the base cloth while rotating it with the rotating blades. This will open the hole.

Furthermore, in this conventional example, in order to perform the above “Kagari sewing” with a sewing machine needle, as described above, it is necessary to perform while performing the fluffing outward with a “needle guide” provided around the sewing machine needle, In addition to the second problem that this is also troublesome, there is also a problem that it is difficult to open large holes in the fabric.

There is also a mounting table on which a large number of block bodies planted and shaped in the form of `` Hana for Kenzan '' are arranged in parallel. After cutting the fabric into the desired pattern
The lifting blade is cut out of the fabric to obtain a product.

In addition, there is a rotating hollow pipe with a circular cutting edge that can make holes in thick paper or cloth. However, since the paper mounting table is just a plastic table or wooden table, the surface becomes uneven immediately after drilling several times. In other words, there was a problem that a beautiful hole was not found in the fabric.

A plurality of flexible filaments made of plastic filaments are bundled as the base cloth mounting base, and a bundle of filaments is densely placed in a container, and an adhesive is penetrated into an upper portion of the filament bundle. This was achieved by drilling holes in the fabric with a rotating punch using the base fabric mounting pedestal that had been cured.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a base cloth 2 to be perforated is placed on a base cloth mounting base 1 fixed to a dovetail plate 1 a of an embroidery sewing machine made of a metal plate or the like and sent to the base cloth 2. A circular blade tip 4 of a punch 3 chucked to a well-known rotary drilling tool 3A such as a pneumatic rotary blade type is rotated and in contact with the base cloth 2 to have a diameter 2
This is to make a circular hole 5 of about 10 to 10 mm. And
In the present invention, the base 1 is made of plastic such as nylon or polypropylene and has a diameter of 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
After bundling a very large number of flexible filaments 6 as shown in FIG. 3 (a), each of which is cut into a desired length, a bundle of filaments 7 as shown in FIG. 3 (e) is obtained. Metal deep dish-shaped container 8

With the rotary punch 3 lowered as described above, the rotary punch 3 is lowered by separating the required portion of the hardened wire bundle body 7 which is in a dense state through the base fabric 2 and the circular punch 5 as shown in FIG. Could be opened on the base fabric 2. After the perforation, by raising the rotary punch 3 as shown in FIG. 4, the bundle of filaments 7 in the container 8 is restored to the original densely packed state shown in FIG. 4 by the inherent elasticity of the material. In order to place the bundle of filaments 7 in the container 8, a large number of flexible filaments 6 cut to a desired length may be placed in the container 8 while being vertically aligned in the container 8 with fingers or the like. it can.

It may be raised and lowered by manual operation, but among general machine tools, it is raised and lowered by using a well-known small drilling machine, or the sewing machine needle bar in which a sewing needle and a fabric retainer in a well-known multi-head embroidery sewing head are removed. The rotating hole drilling tool 3A was set and moved up and down in the manner of needle movement, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a beautiful hole was able to be drilled in the base cloth 2 by the pedestal 1 fixed to the gutter plate 1a of the sewing machine.
