による熱サイクル試験を200サイクル行ない、磁気ヘッ
ド摺動面からの紫外線硬化樹脂の接着状態を比較したと
ころ、本実施例では突起群の剥れが発見されなかったの
に対し、従来例では、一部剥れを生じたものが6コ、完
全剥れにより欠落したものが2コが発見された。
