電池は使用せず、直接、サーモスタットを介して通電す
るようにし風力エネルギーによる電気ヒーター通電によ
る加熱と、太陽熱による加熱と、晴天時及び風雪時に蓄
熱剤に蓄熱し、寒冷時の標識面に対する着氷雪を防止す
るよう構成したことを特徴とする風力発電式の着氷雪防
止機能付道路標識。
