(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 内周面に雌ねじ部を有する成形品の成形
を行なうねじ付き部品の成形方法において、外周面に雄
ねじ部を有するねじコアが該ねじコアの軸線方向に摺動
自在に設けられた第1の金型と、この第1の金型に対向
する第2の金型とを対向当接せしめて形成された金型の
キャビティ内に溶融樹脂を射出し、該溶融樹脂を前記キ
ャビティ内で冷却・固化して成形品を得た後、前記ねじ
コア、前記成形品および前記第2の金型とが一体化され
た状態を維持したまま、前記第1および前記第2の金型
前記ねじコアの軸線方向への型開きを若干量行なって
前記成形品の雌ねじ部の周囲にクリアランスを形成し、
この状態で前記第2の金型と前記成形品との当接状態を
維持しつつ前記ねじコアを回転させることにより該ねじ
コアを前記成形品の雌ねじ部から緩めることを特徴とす
るねじ付き部品の成形方法。

き状態よりも大きく離間した第2の型開き状態とに型開
可能であり前記第1の金型側には前記ねじコアを回
転駆動するモータと、前記ねじコアに前記モータの回転
力を伝達する回転力伝達手段と、前記第1の金型に対し
て前記ねじコアを軸線方向に摺動自在に支持する摺動支
持手段を備えることにより、対向当接した前記第1およ
び前記第2の金型のキャビティ内で溶融樹脂が冷却・固
化して成形品が得られた後に行われる前記第1および前
記第2の金型の前記第1の型開き状態への型開きの際
に、前記ねじコア、前記成形品および前記第2の金型と
が一体化された状態が維持されると共に、前記成形品の
雌ねじ部の周囲にクリアランスが形成されるようにした
ことを特徴とするねじ付き部品の成形装置。
