置において、DC−DC変換回路部9の第2の出力31、32の
給電路に挿入され、信号処理部5からの折り返し制御信
号出力33により給電路を端末装置側から電圧変換回路12
側に切り替えるスイッチ回路13、14と、折り返し回路部
8に電源を給電する前記電圧変換回路12を具備するディ
