For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-26412 and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 61-9083 described above.
No. 1 discloses that it is quite difficult to maintain the sealing property in a reduced-pressure space or an air layer as a window material for automobiles for a long time under various severe conditions. In the former, depending on the decompression, it may also cause distortion when seeing through, and in the latter, the distance from the glass edge to the spacer may be long and narrow the field of view in particular, and both may be used for automobiles. When it is attached to the window, it is not easy and it is difficult to have sufficient attachment strength.

Further, for example, the above-mentioned German Patent Publication 351
No. 7581, particularly in a vehicle door window, the visible sealing material is not always uniformly and beautifully applied and finished easily due to opening and closing or height adjustment, so that the appearance is easily damaged, and dust and dust accumulate on the surface of the sealing material. Moreover, it is difficult to clean this surface, and the method described in German Patent Publication No. 3729036 is not necessarily sufficient in sealing, although there is a device for maintaining a dry state in the air layer. The use of a sphere as the spacing member seems to be good, but it is not good because of the workability and the like, and a local force acts on both glass plates, which is not always good. In the publication, it is not always good that the distance is determined by the edge member fixed by the adhesive, and the force acts locally. In a not, moreover also those liable to express the use environment or long-term use such as fogging in an air layer insufficient in sealing property.

That is, the present invention provides a vehicle door window multi-layer structure in which a spacing member is disposed at a peripheral edge, an outer glass plate and an inner glass plate are held and bonded with a predetermined space therebetween, and the peripheral edge is sealed. In the glass, the front end of the projecting member that penetrates the sealing material in the opposite direction to the space provided in the spacing member and protrudes outward, and is fitted by the fitting portion on the back surface of the cap that covers the end surface of the inner and outer glass plates. A double glazing for a vehicle door window characterized by being fixedly integrated. In addition, the double glazing for a vehicle door window as described above, wherein the shape of the tip of the projection provided on the spacing member is a T or L shape or an inverted flask shape. Further, a desiccant-containing spacer for keeping the space in a dry state is integrally provided on the space side of the spacing member at a bottom portion corresponding to a portion which is always hidden in the door of the double glazing for a vehicle door window, The double glazing for a vehicle door window described above, characterized in that the width of the double glazing to be bonded to the inner and outer glass plate surfaces is increased. And a support in which the cap covers the end portion of the projection member protruding outward through the sealing material in a direction opposite to the space provided in the spacing member, and covers the end surfaces of the inner and outer glass plates and is fitted with the tip portion. A synthetic resin in which at least a plurality of members are arranged on the entire peripheral edge of the double-glazed glass, and the tip of the protruding member and the support member are embedded and integrally molded so as to cover the entire peripheral end of the double-glazed glass; An object of the present invention is to provide the above-described double glazing for a vehicle door window, which comprises a molding cap.

[0011] Here, the front end of the projecting member which penetrates the sealing material in the opposite direction to the space provided in the spacing member and protrudes outward, and the fitting portion on the back surface of the cap which covers the end surfaces of the inner and outer glass plates. The thing that was decided to be fitted and fixedly integrated was that
For example, even if the inner glass plate has a thickness equal to or less than the outer glass plate, or in some cases the same as or slightly smaller than the outer glass plate, the opaque portion is reduced, and the inner glass plate is reduced. In the state where the double glazing for vehicle door windows is raised and lowered by holding with the holder member in a state where the peripheral edge of the double glazing including the end surface of the double glazing is integrated, so as to protect, support or hold it It is useful for maintaining the sealing property of the adhesive or the sealing material on the inner surface of the inner and outer glass plates, particularly, for example, about -20 ° C to + 50 ° C.
Deteriorating the various functions provided by the double glazing for vehicle door windows, as long as it can withstand severe environments such as temperature changes such as degree or distortion due to wind pressure due to high speed running and has sufficient long-term durability. In order to prevent it, further narrow the space between the peripheral edge surface from the spacing member, even a little,
The purpose is to provide a double glazing that is as transparent as possible so as not to narrow the field of view and that is suitable for a vehicle door window whose end face is protected.

[0013] Further, the projecting member is protruded from a position corresponding to a central region at a distance from the inner surface of the inner and outer glass plates of the spacing member, so as to adhere the inner surface of the inner and outer glass plate to the spacing member. In order not to affect the adhesion of the sealing material, that is, to prevent a decrease in the adhesive force at the interface, and to be the same as the spacing member, in some cases, it may be different, but at least sealed and integrated, The sealing material may be somewhat flexible as long as it has the function of integrating the member, the sealing material, and the cap portion and having a function as a reinforcing core material, and may have a wavy, spiral, or uneven surface. Until the solidifies, it has some degree of freedom to improve the positioning and sealing of the cap. The tip is preferably a bulged shape that improves the fit, for example, a T-shaped, L-shaped or inverted flask-shaped shape, and the tip always projects from the outer surface of the sealing material. The projections are arranged at least at a plurality of locations, for example, at least two locations per side, so that a local force is not generated as much as possible. Then, the workability and the function are limited to the number that does not impair.

Further, as the seal (also referred to as "sealing") material, silicon-based resin, thiocol, or the like is used, and the outer side opposite to the space of the space member is sufficiently tightly sealed. Its thickness is about 2-4mm
It is about. It is preferable that the cap is inserted slightly between the peripheral edge portions of the inner and outer glass plates, for example, about 1 to 3 mm. In the case of a molding cap, in particular, in some cases, this layer is so formed that the sealing material is not applied. May be omitted. In any case, the width between the space side edge of the spacing member and the peripheral edge of the outer glass sheet is about 5 to 5 mm.

The inner and outer glass plates are so-called inorganic glass plates, organic synthetic resin plates such as polycarbonate plates (PC plates), polymethyl methacrylate plates (PMMA plates) and acrylic plates, and are colorless. Alternatively, those having various colors and those having an infrared or ultraviolet absorbing function, or various surface treatments such as various film coatings for multifunctionalization, for example, hard coat, heat ray reflection film, non-reflection film, radio wave transmission film, bilayer film or the like Coated with a composite film, etc., furthermore, not only a raw plate but also a plate with a strengthened or variously reinforced plate by heat treatment or chemical treatment, a flat plate or a bent plate, or a plate with a so-called black frame which is a ceramic baking layer Various processed products such as laminated and composite glass plates and those with fine wires are used. Regarding the thickness of the lath plate, the inner glass plate is equal to or less than about 4 mm in thickness of the inner and outer glass plates, or the inner glass plate is thinner than the outer glass plate in order to increase safety and reduce weight for vehicle windows. The sheet thickness is good, about 1.5 to 3.5 mm thick for the outer glass sheet, preferably about 1.8 to 3.0 mm, and about 0.5 to about 0.5 mm for the inner glass sheet.
A thickness of about 2.0 mm, preferably about 0.8 to 1.8 mm is more preferred.

Further, the cap may be a molded product molded in advance, a molded cap made of synthetic resin integrally molded, or a metal only on the surface. The material may be, for example, a thermoplastic resin molding material, polyurethane, chloride, or the like. Resin raw materials such as vinyl, urethane vinyl chloride, and thermoplastic elastomers can be mentioned. Among them, it is preferable to use a vinyl chloride resin or a polyurethane resin which is inexpensive and has excellent performance such as durability.

Further, as a method for integrally molding the synthetic resin molding cap on the peripheral edge of a so-called double-layer glass in which the inner and outer glass plates are multilayered, RIM, LI
Among them, the encapsulation method is most preferable. For example, in the case of a polyurethane resin, the injection molding condition is set at an injection melting temperature of about 140.
Injection pressure about 130-150kg / cm at ~ 200 ℃
About 2 (discharge pressure of about 3 kg / cm 2 ), mold temperature of about 60 to 70 ° C. For example, in the case of vinyl chloride resin, the injection molding conditions are injection melting temperature of 170 to 2
At about 00 ° C., the injection pressure is about 300 kg / cm 2 or more. In this case, if the peripheral edge is preliminarily treated with a primer before inserting the molding cap molding part into the molding die, the flow of the injection molten resin is reduced. And it is preferable that the peripheral edge is heated to about 80 to 100 ° C. It should be noted that when the glass plate is made of various combinations of organic and inorganic materials, it is particularly necessary to pay attention to cracks and the like, and it is needless to say that the difference in thermal expansion / shrinkage between the two must be taken into account.

In particular, when the so-called encapsulation method is applied, for example, an air vent pipe communicating from the space of the double glazing to the outside air is provided, and during encapsulation, it functions as a pressure regulating pipe for the space. After the end, the interior of the space is subjected to humidity control and the like, for example, a rubber balloon-like material containing a desiccant is attached to the pipe so that the pressure in the space corresponding to the temperature change inside and outside the vehicle and the humidity control can be combined. It may be good, or it may be a simple cleanup of the seal. Furthermore, a desiccant-containing spacer may be provided integrally with the space side of the spacing member so as to be in close contact with the space for humidity control in the space.
