洗い槽に連設された冷却槽内には、圧搾空気を用いて一
定回転方向に水を対流させる第2の対流部材とこの第2
の対流部材の上方に位置しエアーシリンダにより回動駆
動されることで冷却槽内に出入り自在な通水性を有する
冷却篭を配設してなる麺類茹で洗い装置における前記茹
で槽は、直列に複数個連設されるとともに、隣接する茹
で槽間には隔壁を設けて各茹で槽ごとの湯対流を独立し
て発生させかつこの隔壁には通水穴を穿設したことを特
徴とする麺類茹で洗い装置。
