However, in the conventional decorative lamp, a large step surface 33 is formed at a continuous portion between the first hole portion 31 and the second hole portion 32. When the lead wire is inserted into the through hole, the lead wire may not be able to be inserted smoothly due to collision with the step surface 33 or the like. Since decorative lights are produced in very large quantities, their inability to insert smoothly has a significant adverse effect on productivity.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The decorative lamp of the present invention comprises:
A light bulb, a support portion for supporting the light bulb, and a socket body having a release portion for mounting the support portion at one end in the axial direction, and a pair of terminals connected to a lead wire of the light bulb in the back of the release portion. A plate is assembled, the release portion is formed in a cylindrical portion at one end in the axial direction of the socket body, and the support portion protrudes coaxially with the column portion from the column portion fitted in the cylindrical portion. In the decorative lamp having a rectangular pillar portion, the supporting portion is formed with a through-hole for projecting a lead wire of the bulb supported by the supporting portion from the tip, and the through-hole corresponds to the pillar portion. 1 hole, and a second hole having a rectangular cross section corresponding to the prismatic portion, wherein the second hole is a boundary portion between the first hole and the second hole. Both end shapes in the direction of the line are formed along the inner surface of the first hole. It is an feature.

According to the operation of the present invention, both end shapes of the second hole at the boundary between the second hole and the first hole and in the direction in which the lead wires are arranged are aligned with the inner surface of the first hole. Since the shape is in accordance with the shape, the step surface formed between the first hole and the second hole becomes small, and when the lead wire is inserted, the probability that the lead wire collides with the step surface is extremely low. Become smaller. Therefore, the lead wire can be smoothly inserted into the through hole, and the productivity can be improved.

The support portion 2 is a member for supporting the light bulb 3. The support portion 2 is a cylindrical portion 12 fitted into the cylindrical portion 7 of the release portion 4 of the socket body 1, and the rectangular tube protruding from the tip of the cylindrical portion 12. And a prism portion 13 inserted into the portion 8.
As shown in FIG. 3, a concave portion 14 is formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 12 to extend toward the prism portion 13 and into which the base end of the bulb 3 is inserted. A through-hole 16 is formed in the distal end face and through which a pair of lead wires 15 of the bulb 3 is inserted. At the tip of the through hole 16, a partition wall 17 that divides the tip opening 16 a of the through hole 16 into two is provided. As a result, the leading end of the through hole 16 is divided into two parts, and the lead wires 15 are passed through the two divided parts. Also, chamfered portions 18 are formed at both ends of the end surface of the prism portion 13, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 3, a guide groove 18 a is formed to bend the lead wires 15, 15 of the light bulb 3 protruding outside through the through-hole 16 toward the side surfaces 13 a, 13 a side of the prism portion 13, and to form a prism. When the portion 13 is inserted into the release portion 4, the lead wires 15, 15 are restrained in the guide grooves 18a. In this example, the opening end face 17a of the partition wall 17 is flush with the tip opening 16a.

The through hole 16 is composed of a first hole 21 having a circular cross section corresponding to the cylindrical portion 12 and a second hole 22 having a rectangular cross section corresponding to the prism 13. 2
The shape B of both ends of the hole 22 at the boundary between the first hole 21 and the direction in which the lead wires 15 and 15 (see FIG. 3) are arranged (the left-right direction in FIG. 4) is changed to the first hole 21. Is formed along the inner surface of the first hole 21 and the second hole 2
2, and the probability of collision with the step surface 23 when the lead wires 15, 15 are inserted into the through holes 16 is extremely small. Therefore, when the lead wires 15 are inserted into the through hole 16, the lead wires 15 can be inserted smoothly without being bent. The productivity of the manufacture of decorative lights can be significantly increased.

Subsequently, the prism 13 at the tip of the support 2 is inserted into the prism 8 through the cylinder 7 of the release 4 of the socket body 1. First, the chamfered portion 18 of the prism portion 13 is guided between the terminal plates 10 and 10 positioned in parallel in the rectangular tube portion 8 and smoothly enters, and the tapered side surfaces 13a and 13a continuing from each chamfered portion 18 are formed. The prism 13 penetrates deeply between the terminal plates 10, 10 while pressing the terminal plates 10, 10 against the inner wall side of the rectangular tube portion 8 by contacting the inner surfaces of the terminal plates 10, 10 (see FIG. 2).

At this time, from the tip end surface of the prism portion 13 to both side surfaces 13
Since each lead wire 15 comes into contact with the inner surface of each terminal plate 10 while being restrained rearward by the guide groove 18a of each chamfered portion 18 of each lead wire 15 that is exposed over the lead wires 15a and 13a, the respective lead wires 15 It is stably contacted with the inner surface of each terminal board 10 without causing displacement. Also, of the lead wire 15, the inner wall of the conventional rectangular tube portion 8 or each terminal plate 10
The bent portions on both sides, which were portions receiving a large amount of frictional resistance with the upper end of the terminal plate, are immersed in the guide grooves 18a, are protected by the chamfered portions 18, and are not pressed without receiving any frictional resistance. , So that the contact with the inner surface of each terminal plate 10 is stabilized, and the lead wire 15 is not damaged.

As described above, according to the decorative lamp of the present invention, a socket body having a bulb, a supporting portion for supporting the bulb, and a release portion for mounting the supporting portion at one axial end is provided. A pair of terminal plates that are connected to the lead wire of the light bulb are attached to the back of the release portion, the release portion is formed at one axial end of a socket body in a cylindrical portion, and the support portion is the cylindrical portion. In a decorative lamp having a pillar portion fitted to the shape portion, and a prism portion coaxially projecting from the pillar portion with the pillar portion, the support portion includes a lead wire of a bulb supported by the support portion. A through hole that protrudes from the tip is formed,
The through-hole includes a first hole corresponding to the pillar, and a second hole having a square cross section corresponding to the prism.
By forming both ends of the second hole in a boundary portion with the first hole and in a direction in which the lead wires are arranged along the inner surface of the first hole, the shape of the light bulb is improved. The lead wire can be smoothly inserted into the through hole of the support portion, thereby improving the productivity.
