搬送するための昇降装置と、 (c)複数の縦型熱処理炉のそれぞれ近傍に所在する移
載位置において、昇降装置との間でそれぞれ被処理部材
を受渡すための複数の移載装置と、 (d)複数の縦型熱処理炉の直下においてそれぞれ複数
の移載位置との間で被熱処理部材を受渡し、かつ複数の
縦型熱処理炉に対してそれぞれ被熱処理部材を挿入し取
出すための複数の挿入取出装置と を備えてなる縦型熱処理炉装置。
