にノズルより排出される棒状圧縮整形菓子生地を切断し
得るカッターを設け、更に、前記カッターの下流側にコ
ンベア上に載置された圧縮整形菓子生地の表面をプレス
整形し得る複数のプレス型をコンベアを横断する方向に
配置して構成したことを特徴とする整型菓子の製造装置
である。

られたプレス型によって搬送プレート上の菓子生地表面
を所定の形状に整形することが出来る。

ホッパー4の下端部と貯溜シリンダー12とを相互に連通
し、この状態で上下動ピストン6aを下降して菓子生地5
を圧縮し、かつピストンスライド用駆動シリンダー13を
作動して菓子生地5を貯溜シリンダー12内に強制的に吸
