The present invention relates to a floor panel having a resilient cushioning material on at least the lower surface and a floor finishing material on the upper surface of a floor base such as a concrete slab or the like. The present invention relates to a submersion prevention member used for a floor structure in which floor panels are spread.

In recent years, in reinforced concrete condominiums such as apartments and condominiums, wood-based flooring materials tend to be preferred over carpets. When carpets are used, there are inconveniences such as asthma, ticks, and difficulty in cleaning. Therefore, wood-based flooring materials have recently been widely used. When wooden flooring is directly attached to a floor base such as a concrete slab, the transmission of living noise, especially lightweight floor impact sound, is large.
Complaints sometimes came downstairs. Therefore, an elastic cushioning material was provided below a relatively hard floor material such as a wooden material to provide a sound insulation measure, and thus was developed.

When the cushioning material is provided, if the thickness is increased and the sound insulation performance is to be improved, the floor itself will be softened, and the sinking will be too large or too soft for the load of furniture, etc. Was impaired. In order to remedy such inconveniences, a type was developed in which a member for preventing sinking was attached to a part of the cushioning material. Since the back surface of the portion and the back surface of the submersion preventing member are substantially flush with each other, the effect of the cushioning material is not exhibited at all near such a member.

In view of this, the present invention minimizes sinking, leaves the effect of the cushioning material, enables easy retrofitting, and allows fine adjustment of the elastic force and sinking amount according to the installation location. An object of the present invention is to provide a submersion prevention member.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an attempt is made to prevent an excessively large sinking of a floor panel 3 having a resilient cushioning material 1 on at least a lower surface and a floor finishing material 2 on an upper surface of a floor base 10 such as a concrete slab. A submergence prevention member 4 is provided at the position where the submersion occurs. In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the anti-sinking member 4 has a shape in which a projection 42 is formed on the bottom plate 41, and the entire thickness (height) t of the anti-sinking member 4 is buffered. It is configured to be slightly thinner than the thickness T of the material 1. The submersion prevention member 4 is made of a hard material, and is provided inside the cushioning material 1. The cushioning material 1 sinks by the difference of the thickness T-t at the place where the sinking prevention member 4 is provided.

In the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, a portion of the cushioning material 1 is removed to form a removed portion 5 and the removed portion 5 is provided with an L-shaped plate 47.
1 shows a structure provided with an anti-subduction member 4 made of: This L-shaped plate 47 is attached to the lower surface of the floor finishing material 2,
The bent front end of the plate 47 is slightly spaced from the lower surface of the cushioning material 1. The embodiment shown in FIG. 10 is a modification of the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, in which a U-shaped plate member 48 is provided in the removing section 5. Also in this modification, a slight space is provided between the bent lower end surface of the plate member 48 and the lower surface of the cushioning material 1. Hard materials such as metal or synthetic resin are used as the plate members 47 and 48 shown in FIGS. In the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 11, a block 49 made of a rubber plate or a polymer-based hard foam is used as the sinking-preventing member 4 in the removing section 5, and in FIG. FIG. 12 shows an example in which the block 49 is attached to the floor base 10. The thickness of each block 49 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the cushioning material 1.

In each of the embodiments described above, it is preferable to use a relatively hard material such as quartz or wood material as the floor finishing material 2, and it is preferable to use an elastic foam material, a nonwoven fabric, or the like as the cushioning material 1. As a material of the anti-subsidence member 4 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, a metal, a synthetic resin, or the like is preferable. Further, in any of the embodiments, the thickness (height) of the anti-sinking member 4 is 70 to 95 times the thickness of the cushioning material 1.
% Is preferred. For example, if the thickness of the cushioning material 1 is 1 cm, the clearance with the floor finishing material 2 or the floor base 10 is 0.
It is about 5 to 3 mm.

As described above, according to the present invention, the cushioning member is made of a hard material that is slightly thinner than the thickness of the cushioning member, and is provided in the cushioning member so that the cushioning member receives a slight load when a load is applied to the location. And the following (a):
(B), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g), that is, (a) having a substantially disk-like shape (B) a coil spring, (c) a U-shaped long plate, (d) a combination of U-shaped members, (e) a cushioning material L-shaped plate material embedded in a removed portion formed by removing the portion, (f) U-shaped plate material embedded in a removed portion formed by removing a part of the buffer material, (g) Since a rubber plate or a block made of a polymer-based rigid foam is provided in the removed portion formed by removing a part of the cushioning material, the sinking may be too large for the loading load of furniture etc. Can be prevented, and the cushioning material sinks slightly even at the place where the anti-sinking member is provided. It never goes to zero. In addition, it has a simple structure, can be easily attached to an existing floor panel, and has an effect of being able to finely adjust an elastic force and a sinking amount according to an individual place where the floor panel is installed.
