In the ventilation device having the above-described structure, the adjusting frame 7 provided at the lower portion of the box 1 is moved in the vertical direction by operating the screw 6, and the position of the panel 14 attached to the lower surface of the adjusting frame 7 with respect to the ceiling surface is adjusted. Is performed, the box 1 follows
The free end 32 of the movable partition plate 22 attached to the lower part of the inner heat exchanger frame 8 rotates vertically at the connecting portion 29 and slides on the upper surface of the inner frame 13 while being in contact with the upper surface of the inner frame 13 of the panel 14. I do. In the state where the adjustment of the adjustment frame 7 is completed and the adjustment frame 7 is fixed by screwing, the free end 32 of the movable partition plate 22
Stabilized in a state of being pressed against the inner surface of the inner frame 13 by its own weight,
The supply air passage 15 and the exhaust air passage 16 in this portion are automatically kept separated by the movable partition plate 22. Therefore, the positioning of the panel 14 with respect to the ceiling surface is easily completed only by adjusting the position of the adjustment frame 7. Eliminating the adjustment operation of the movable partition plate 22 eliminates the necessity of the screw operation in a narrow place and the sealing operation of the screw hole with aluminum tape or the like. Be shortened.

In the ventilation device having the above-described structure, cleaning or the like can be performed by rotating the heat exchanger 2 downward, or maintenance can be performed by removing the heat exchanger 2 from the box 1. When rotating the heat exchanger 2, first, the panel 14 is removed, and the screw 10 fixing the metal fitting 35 and the partition plate 9 is removed. In this state, the heat exchanger 2 is held by the knob 37 as before. Subsequently, while supporting the heat exchanger 2 from below with one hand, the knob 37 is turned to the unlocked state and pulled out. Thereafter, if the user pulls out while supporting the load of the heat exchanger 2, the heat exchanger 2 rotates around the hinge 34, and stops in a suspended state without fear of falling. In addition,
To return the heat exchanger 2 to its original state, the above procedure may be performed in reverse.

That is, when performing operations such as attaching and detaching the heat exchanger 2,
In the middle of the work, the latch 42 is hooked on the partition plate 9 and the load of the heat exchanger 2 is carried by the partition plate 9 on one side, so that it is easy to support by hand and the danger of the heat exchanger 2 falling is small. Become. In addition, since the heat exchanger frame 8 and the partition plate 9 are connected by the knob 37 which can be disengaged only by turning and removing the screw, the screw 10 for attaching the heat exchanger 2 in a stable state held by the knob 37 is held. , The heat exchanger 2 is easily supported by hand, and the danger of falling of the heat exchanger 2 is reduced. Therefore, attachment and detachment of the heat exchanger 2 is easy,
Maintenance becomes easier, and workability is also improved.

That is, on the side of the box 1, lateral locking holes 45, 46 are respectively provided on the front and rear sides of the inner walls on both sides thereof. Locking devices 43 and 44 are respectively attached to the left and right sides of 8. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the locking devices 43 on both sides on the front side each have a locking rod 47 that can be moved in and out in the laterally outward direction. These locking rods 47 are round rods, the ends of which are formed into a smooth spherical surface, and an operation section 48 protrudes from the base side. The holder 49 holding the locking rod 47 is formed with a groove for moving the operation unit and a rest for restricting the movement of the operation unit. The locking rod 47 of each locking device 43
Is configured to be able to relatively rotatably protrude into the front circular locking hole 45. Locking device 44 on both rear sides
Also, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, a lock bar 50 is provided which is capable of protruding and retracting in a laterally outward direction. These lock bars 50 are square bars, and the operation unit 51 protrudes from the base side. The holder 52 holding the locking rod 50 is formed with a groove through which the operation unit 51 moves. Each locking device 4
The fourth locking bar 50 is configured to protrude into the rear rectangular locking hole 46 in a state where it cannot be rotated. In the drawing, reference numeral 53 denotes an elastic pad having a sealing function mounted on the partition plate 9.

In the ventilating device having the above-described structure, cleaning or the like can be performed by rotating the heat exchanger 2 downward, or maintenance can be performed by removing the heat exchanger 2 from the box 1. When rotating the heat exchanger 2, first, the panel 14 is removed, and the two locking devices 44 on the rear side are operated by the operation unit 51 while supporting the heat exchanger 2 by hand.
6. Pull out the locking rod 50 from 6 and unlock it. After that, if the user pulls out while supporting the load of the heat exchanger 2, the locking device 43 on the front side functions like a hinge, and the heat exchanger 2
At a position where the stopper 54 with a cushion attached to the side or the box 1 side comes into contact, the suspension is stopped without fear of dropping and stopped. The stopper 54 prevents the rotationally displaced heat exchanger 2 from hitting the louver 55 of the indoor-side outlet 11. To return the heat exchanger 2 to its original state, the above procedure may be performed in reverse. At this time, the elastic pad 53
Are locked in a compressed state. Therefore, the elastic pad 5
The elastic return force of 3 is applied to the locking rod 50 and the heat exchanger 2 side, and the heat exchanger 2 is mounted in a stable state without rattling and withdrawal.

When removing the heat exchanger 2 from the box 1, the panel 14 is first removed, and all the front and rear locking devices 44 and 43 are sequentially unlocked while holding the heat exchanger 2 by hand. What is necessary is just to extract the exchanger 2. To return the heat exchanger 2 to the original assembled state, the above procedure may be performed in reverse. At this time, the elastic pad 53 is locked in a compressed state. Therefore, the elastic restoring force of the elastic pad 53 is applied to the locking rods 47 and 50 and the heat exchanger 2 side, and the heat exchanger 2 is mounted in a stable state without rattling. Therefore, with this ventilator, the attachment and detachment of the heat exchanger 2 can be performed easily and very easily without screw operation in a narrow place, and the mounting state of the heat exchanger 2 is stable, and maintenance can be easily performed. it can.
