2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a method of assembling a mold for pouring a concrete foundation for construction in a conventional product. Reference numeral 10 denotes a foundation surface formed by digging the ground G to a certain depth and slab concrete, and plywood panels 11, 11 are placed on the foundation surface.
Are erected at regular intervals, the two plywood panels 11, 11 are connected by a separate metal fitting 12, and a reinforcing bar 13 is incorporated therein. First, concrete is cast as a cloth foundation A, and this is in a hardened state. Then, the plywood panels 13, 13 of the base portion are erected on the surface, and the formwork is assembled in a state where the spaces are held by the separate metal fittings 12, and the concrete is poured again to form the base concrete B projected to the ground surface. To do so. Although the above description has been made of the two-stage concrete casting, it is also practiced to create a mold so that the concrete can be cast at once from the beginning.

In the above-mentioned conventional construction of a concrete foundation for a building, the former two-stage method of concrete pouring is mainly used, but it takes time and effort. On the other hand, the latter method, in which concrete is cast at once, has a problem in that the assembling work of the formwork itself is complicated and requires skill and time. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

FIG. 7 shows an auxiliary member used in the embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 5 denotes a spacing plate. The plate can be made of the same material as the above-mentioned sheet-formed plate, but a wood plate, a synthetic resin plate or a metal plate can also be used. At this time, a plurality (two in the illustrated example) of elongated grooves g having a size width slightly larger than the thickness of the sheet molded product are drilled vertically downward on both side ends of the plate 5. It is. 6 and 7 are angle brackets which are used for the above-mentioned sheet-formed plate without the flange k.
In addition to the metal sheet, it may be formed by pressing a used paper material as in the case of a sheet molding plate, or may be a molded article of a hard synthetic resin. Reference numerals 8 and 9 denote connection fittings on the upper part of the sheet molded product. The former is to be fitted into an upper edge portion between adjacent sheet molded products, and the latter is a connection fitting at a portion indicating a right angle of a corner portion. This is a manufactured product similar to the above.

On the other hand, in the corner portion, the sheet molded products 3 and 4 are bent at right angles toward the inside or outside at the fold f, respectively. In this case, the notches facilitate the bending. At the same time, the wall surfaces that are bent in the perpendicular direction are complementarily formed in a continuous state. The spacing plate 5 at the corner portion is used in an oblique state as shown in the illustrated example.

According to the present invention, concrete is poured from above at once and solidified with time after the above-described formwork construction. After solidification, the entire formwork can be removed by removing the spacing plate 5 and the like. The lower part c serving as the cloth foundation to be backfilled in the soil may be left as it is, that is, in this case, the upper body part a which protrudes to the ground is moved from the vicinity of the boundary with the shoulder step b. Cutting and removing with a cutter or a saw blade may be acceptable.

The present invention is carried out as described above. Since the sheet-formed plate of the present invention is light in weight, it can be easily transported to a construction site, and can be easily handled at a work site. In addition, the workability can be dramatically improved since it is sufficient to simply assemble the outer side after the arrangement work. Further, since it is possible to easily form the divergent inclined surface of the cloth foundation, which is difficult in the conventional operation, a concrete foundation having excellent earthquake resistance can be obtained. In addition, there are other excellent features as follows. Since the paper surface is smooth, it is suitable for concrete casting, the flow of concrete is good, the precision is excellent, and the finished concrete surface after solidification is also beautiful. It has good concrete release, is hard to break and has excellent durability. Construction costs can be reduced. It can be easily incinerated and blend into the environment. According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the sheet molded product can be brought into the standing state at the same time as the fixing of the angle material, the workability is further improved and the efficiency is improved. The formwork according to claims 3 and 4 is claimed in claim 1 or 2
This is very effective in suitably carrying out the method described.
