い板を具備している。

この時感熱棒13は上記挿入孔12を貫通してプレート7の
底面に設けられた逆U字状突起15に納まる状態でプレー
ト7に接しその温度を検知する。なお先端は鋭角になっ
ている。16はバネ材からなる略L字型の弾性遮へい板
で、一端は本体内部の遮熱板17に固定され、遊端は遮熱
板17を貫きプレート方向を向いている。

力を受け、良好な接触状態を保つ。

際、逆U字状突起の高さが感熱棒13の直径より小さいた
め、感熱棒13は弾性遮へい板16により常にプレート底面
へ付勢され、プレート7が熱等で多少変形を生じていて
も圧接する。よって、感熱棒13の温度検知の精度が向上
しプレート7の温度制御がより正確になる。

レート底面に圧接させ、プレートを装着しない時には感
熱棒挿入路を遮断する遮へい板を設けたことにより、プ
レートを装着しない時には感熱棒挿入路は遮へい板によ
ってさえぎられてプラグが接続できないのでヒータには
通電されず、異常加熱による本体の損傷や火災を未然に
防ぐことができ、安全性を大いに高めることができる。
又、プレート装着時には遮へい板によって感熱棒がプレ
ート方向へ付勢されるので、プレートが熱等で多少変形
していても圧接状態を良好に維持できる。よって、感熱
棒による温度検知精度は向上し、プレートの温度制御も
より正確になる。
