BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A large number of drainage holes provided around a pipe main body have a diameter of 5 mm and a pitch of 100 mm in the axial direction.
The resistors are preferably arranged in a staggered manner, and the resistor is formed by bonding an elastic material such as sponge to the outer periphery of the pipe body with an adhesive, and tightening a central portion in the width direction with a band to form a concave escape portion. An elastic material such as a sponge having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the flange is bonded to the front and rear surfaces of the flange welded to the outer periphery of the pipe body with an adhesive, and a concave relief portion is formed between the two elastic materials. Or an elastic material such as a sponge having a required diameter and width is spirally bonded to the outer periphery of the pipe body with an adhesive.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following examples.
As shown in FIG. 2, first, while inserting the casing pipe 1, boring is performed to a predetermined depth (normally, 50 m). When the casing pipe 1 is inserted to the predetermined depth, an inner rod (not shown) is pulled out. As shown,
A water collecting pipe a is inserted into the inside of the casing pipe 1 over its entire length. As shown in FIG. A pipe body 3 closed in a shape, and a resistor 4 made of a sponge having a required diameter and a required width, which is provided around the outer circumference at a predetermined arrangement pitch over a required length from the tip of the pipe body 3. The holes 2 have a diameter of 5 mm and are arranged in four rows in a staggered manner at a pitch of 100 mm in the axial direction. The required diameter of the resistor 4 may be a diameter sufficient to close the inside of the casing pipe 1. Is bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe body 3 with an adhesive, and a central portion in the width direction is fastened with a band 5 to form a concave relief portion 6. Therefore, when the resistor 4 of the water collecting pipe a is inserted into the casing pipe 1, the outer periphery of the sponge slightly moves to the escape portion 6 and functions as a scraper and also acts as a seal. This prevents the inflow of earth and sand into the gap 7 formed between the outer surface of the pipe body 3 and the pipe body 3. As described above, the water collecting pipe a is inserted into the casing pipe 1 by preventing the inflow of earth and sand into the gap 7,
When the casing pipe 1 is removed, the resistance inside the casing pipe 1 becomes small, so that the casing pipe 1 can be easily removed, and as shown in FIG. 1 is filled with the collapsed earth and sand 8 and each resistor 4 functions as an anchor body to fix the water collecting pipe a.
As shown in the figure, the groundwater collected from the drain hole 2 is drained from the discharge port 9 of the pipe body 3 to achieve landslide prevention, with the water collection pipe a buried in the ground in a stable state. .

Next, the water collecting pipe a shown in FIG. 6 has a flange 10 in which the resistor 4 is welded to the outer periphery of the pipe body 3,
A sponge bonded to the front and rear surfaces of the flange 10 with an adhesive material. The outer diameter of the flange 10 is smaller than the inner diameter of the casing pipe 1 into which the sponge is inserted. The inner diameter is larger than the inner diameter to such an extent that the inner diameter is slightly in contact with the escape portion 6 while being tightly contacted.

A water collecting pipe a shown in FIG. 7 has a structure in which a resistor 4 made of a sponge is spirally bonded to the outer periphery of a pipe body 3 with an adhesive at an inner diameter surface thereof. When removing the casing pipe 1, it is preferable to rotate the casing pipe 1 in a direction opposite to the spiral direction of the resistor 4.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the water collecting pipe a is inserted into the casing pipe 1, earth and sand flows into the gap 7 formed between the inner surface of the casing pipe 1 and the outer surface of the pipe body 3. The resistance at the time of removing the casing pipe 1 is negligible, and each resistor 4 acts as an anchor body to stably fix the water collecting pipe a as the casing pipe 1 is removed. Pipe 1
Can be extubated.
